I called a lot of lock and key shops, looking for a shop to get my key fob programmed for my Tucson. Others told me they would try, but failed. They couldn't program my car. I called A complete Lock and key, spoke with Luke I told him my needs he said he could program my fob. Without saying I will try, instead saying he could do it. After a few minutes of programming Luke was successful in programming my new fob!! What a professional, nice and knowledgeable staff!!! While I was waiting, Luke fixed someone's jammed lock in minutes!!! Bottom line They are the best!!

We had a front door Baldwin lock that was never right from the day it was installed years ago. Had several other companies out over time to fix, but it never was. Brian Edmiston was the tech sent from Krause to look at our lock problem. Was on time, very knowledgeable about locks, and neat. The fee was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Had an emergency situation while away from home with a dead pin pad lock that kept our petsitter from getting in. Ron in the field worked diligently on our less than ideal door situation and got it working again. Huge relief having it fixed. The price was reasonable even after needing two different doors and a screen door worked on. Thank you to both Rons!

Team was response to my inquiry and on time for service. Took care of few locksmith needs we had post move and were in and out pretty quickly. Tech also noted that one of locks was hitting a bit of resistance and adjusted it for us.

went to get a key cut for my car. I have the original key and the key that need to be cut. Usually the Dealer charged $25 to cut The Key and they think I was born yesterday. They want to charge me $80 to cut assemble key I want recommended those business to anyone.

Anyone tried replacing a car key lately? Omg, the days of looking up a physical place and going there and getting a key are almost kaput. A quick search revealed about 10-20 places, the problem being that none of them are local or have a physical location. They all seemed to be operators who assign you to some unknown local person who can come out to you and replace the key. That seemed problematic - giving my address to strangers I can't trace back to a particular business. Add to that, there prices were double what I paid here : Here it was $75 to get a key w a chip replaced for a late 2000s foreign car.

I'm so glad I could support an actual local business, reputable and with a physical location.

The key was ready in no less than 30 minutes, they had me check it and then shaved it down a little more. Very transparent and I got the same info on the phone and in person. I'm telling all my friends about this place for when they need keys.

I had a wonderful experience with Unlock It Locksmith service. Emanuel was professional, prompt and did an excellent job. His prices were more reasonable than some of the other companies I called and he was very personable while he completed the job. He went above and beyond helping to fix the doorknobs that were wobbly and another project I needed help with. I would 100% use him again. It is refreshing when you find someone with an upbeat attitude that has a clear passion for this job.

I can't recommend Unlock It Locksmith enough. He was incredibly kind to come out and fix a poor job done by another company. Professional, fast, and true to the price he originally quoted -- and now I can actually get into my house again! I will only call him going forward.
