Brad and Mark were amazing!!! They were so polite and professional. A pleasure to have in our home!! And our windows have NEVER looked so clean!!! Will definitely have them back next year!!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Sunshine Windows did a wonderful job cleaning our windows. Quick response time. I had an event coming up and he fit me into the schedule quickly. He was professional, thorough, paid attention to details. Windows, screens and sills were perfect.

Was happy they were able to get me on the schedule next day. But service was less than desirable. Nothing looked touched—mopping, dusting, wipe down of services wasn’t done. $160 and tip. Waste of money and will never use again.

The shower doors were left smeared..sinks not cleaned at all..floors were left with dog hair..for a move out. They didn’t do what I was told would be included. Poor quality cleaning products. I spent over an hour cleaning what should have been done.

Over the past three or four years we have been impressed with all the teams that have come to our home. We do have a special place of appreciation for Debbie and Red - they are special folks. Thanks for the good memories and we look forward to many more.

I have used Scrubby Dutch a couple of times. The first time was not up to my expectations, so after calling and letting them know I had them come out again and it was definitely better. I will definitely be using them again.

Horrible experience! Do not waste your money. Hired to do a deep clean on an empty house and I'm not quite sure what these girls did for the 4 hours they were there. Then owner sent out 2 more girls the next day and they were just as bad. I have 18 pictures of dirt, dust, grime, and food left behind by 4 people. Unacceptable!! When I refused to pay for a service I did not receive they had the nerve to send me to collection. Good luck! You'll never see a penny....

No Stars but without one you cannot post. Do not use this service. I had to show them the dirt they left all over the floor after they "mopped"- most of which could have been picked up by a broom but wasn't. All they did was move dirt around the floor, not wipe down the counters, table or any of the end tables. Stay for 50 minutes and put their hand out for a check.

The job was done reasonably, however my dog was poorly handled during the cleaning. Upon my return I discovered 2 bedrooms doors severely scratched by my dog while the staff was likely conducting the cleaning. I have a yard!!! the dog could have stayed outside while the cleaning was done! I will not use this service again.

I strongly recommend avoiding, but if you must use them do not give them your debit card. $1060 in illegitimate charges on my account for 3 days resulted in bounced checks and overdraft fees. They admitted this happened to several of their customers on the same day but will not follow up with their card processor and deny responsibility.

In regards to the cleaning service, it is overpriced for what it is.

Since I started with Scrubby Dutch, I have found them to be quite responsive to requests and the one problem I had. The cleaning work is outstanding, and I appreciate that they try to send the same people each time so they get used to my particulars.

Poor communication - I was told that 2 people would be coming but 3 of them landed at my doorstep.
Horrible cleaning, wash basin had dust, the shower area was dirty, the glass in showers weren't touched, bath tub had stains. They cleaned bath tub with tissue papers, incredible.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I hired these cleaners for a move out clean of a rental property. Two women showed up and cleaned for supposedly four hours. After returning to the home I found that the glass cook top was not cleaned nor was the refrigerator. I called and explained my findings and was told that they would send another crew out to fix those issues. When the second crew arrived the cleaner told me that they don't clean glass cook tops and don't have the product to do so. If I wanted it to be cleaned I would need to provide the cleaner. (Never was this explained when booking the appointment.) She then examined the fridge and then began bad mouthing the previous cleaning crew and talking down to me as to how things should be cleaned. I was looking to have a home cleaned, not participate in a drama session. So after two cleaning crews, I was forced to finish the job they didn't do. While cleaning the cook top myself, I also discovered that the microwave had never been touched and had to clean it too. I should have saved the money and done it all myself to begin with.

We hired them to clean our house before we moved in. They estimated a 4 hour clean but only stayed 1 hour. I wasn’t home and they took the entire tip I left - $80 (based on a 4 hour clean not one hour!). I could hardly tell they had been there and some things I asked for like wiping down shelves and windowsills were not done. Also we’re told over the phone they could clean the non self cleaning portion of the oven and they didn’t do that. It was very upsetting because our move in date was set - so we couldn’t get the time back to deep clean the place ourselves or find another company before all of our items were moved in the home.

I contacted this company explaining what I needed. The workers lied and said the cleaned the floors and specifically the basement steps and floor twice which was a complete lie. I was offered a $20 reimbursement. Did not clean any appliances, did not move anything off windows in kitchen and clean. Do not recommend. Anytime your workers have to lie when clearly the job was not done it's a red flag the company is trash

Not pleased and will not use again.
I had to tell a couple of the women repeatedly to keep the facemask over their nose, being as none were vaccinated.
When I pointed out things not done always argued with me they had, when the fingerprints and dust made it apparent they did not. Lots of "limp wrist" dusting, unless I was watching. Did not run carpet sweeper until I showed they did not. Did not clean ceiling fans very well; stopped activity just as she was ready to swipe at it with a long pole duster and depositing any loose dust on the kitchen tablecloth and floor just cleaned. Then cleaned in the better way I suggested.
There are more examples, but overall not worth the money charged. Three rather large women appeared and could barely get around the house. One, or no more than two, would have been sufficient to complete this job.
One woman, Tina, did a very good job and did not need watching or asking to go over something not done.

Scrubby Dutch is terrific, but mainly because of its wonderful staff. People like Kim and Debbie make all the difference. They are top notch professionals who are on-time, thorough, friendly and do a wonderful job. It's always a pleasure to see them. Moreover, Ponzi the wonder dog gives them five woofs and waits by the door when I tell him they're on the way. Ponzi says Kim and Debbie are doggone outstanding.

Scrubby Dutch has cleaned my condo several times. They do an AWESOME job and are very concerned about any details I have requested. They are always professional and always on time. They are the model cleaning company...Use them!!

Scrubby Dutch has been cleaning my house Bi-weekly for the past 5 plus years they do a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them.if you are looking for a cleaning service . Kim and Debbie do an excellent job keeping my bathrooms clean so I do not have to clean them. Thank you
