  Doug is a no nonsense guy. Reviews your situation and gives you an honest assessment quickly. He follows up in a reasonable amount of time. He couldn't resolve my issues but he was honest and straightforward about the old equipment I have.

  Can't say enough good things.. found VHS by accident after being referred to another "supposedly top-notch company" and getting horrible customer service... Couldn't have made a better choice, from the customer service dealing with Kristina to working with Doug and Gavin in the field they OVER-communicate which is amazing...the knowledge is top-notch and the quality of work is impeccable.. Honestly felt like old friends!! I could talk to these guys for hours they are the ONLY company I will be doing business with going forward for anything electronics

  I have used VHS twice for work at my home. I had a Ring smart video/doorbell installed on the front of my home. Sure, I could have installed it myself, but would I have been brave enough to drill into the brick on the front of my house and not ruin everything? Probably not. So happy that Doug (one of the owners) knows what he's doing. He took care of ordering the parts, taking care of installation, and showing us how to use the app on our phones to get the most out of the system. He didn't try to upsell us on any additional products. We used VHS a 2nd time to install a smart lock on our home. Again, Doug showed us the various options available and pointed out we should choose a color that matched our existing hardware (I would not have thought of that on my own). He took care of ordering and installed for us. He ran into a few snags removing the existing lock and then getting the new deadbolt to latch. I can only imagine if my partner and I were trying to install, we would have been freaking out. Doug handled everything in stride (he's done this a few times). We thought we could download the app can get it connected to our Smart system ourselves, but again Doug was there to help us out when we got stuck. The personal attention that they give at VHS is unmatched. Communication via email with both Doug and Sean was easy and quick. They were available even after 5pm and on the weekend to work around our schedule. Of course, you could try to do everything yourself, but they take the thinking and arguing out of the equation. That's absolutely worth it to me!

  We are so appreciative of Sean, Doug and the whole VHS team for helping make our 'smart house' dreams a reality! Sean worked with us to stay within our budget, while still giving us quality service and products to ensure we are connected and safe in our home. Once Sean scoped it all out for us, Doug and the rest of the VHS team perfectly hooked all our Ring cameras up, smart lightbulbs, Nest thermostat, Yale automatic door locks, and Google Mesh internet boosters. As well as helping mount and purchase smart TVs! We couldn't have done this without VHS. We are extremely happy and so glad we worked with them. 10/10.

  VHS St. Louis installed two Ring doorbells and two security cameras at my home near Grant's Farm. I am very happy with the excellent service, knowledge of product, training and affordability provided by VHS. VHS is the place to call if you want a dependable security system and service to back up your investment.

  We used this company to install a front yard and back yard hard wired security cameras. We were extremely pleased with their services...they came out the next day for a free consultation and the cameras were installed within a few days. They were professional, prompt and we did not have to do one single thing as they handled every last detail. I would highly recommend Virtual Home Services!

  I'm so thankful I found VHS. They have helped me with everything from my car, to my smart TV, home network and cell phone. They are very prompt and knowledgeable and they trained me with patience. GREAT VALUE for the service. You won't regret it. If you live in Saint Louis and are looking for smart home installation services or smart home automation needs these guys were the best!
