TALK ABOUT HONEST! So, in summer of 2019 I was told I was going to need a new furnace and new AC. The furnace had a cracked heat exchange so I wanted to get to that first. I called a few companies to come out for bids, and during that time I saw Advanced Heating & Cooling van at a neighbors house. So I got the phone number off the van and called them, ended up going with them to do the furnace, and planned to do the AC later the next year (2020). So here we are, 2020, and I called them up said yeah I want to go ahead and get AC put in. Jamie came out and we talked, I was already ready to buy a unit before he even showed up so the sale was in the bag, all we had to do is set a time for install. So he's talking to me and says "well it feels like its working pretty good why do you want to replace it?" I told him what I had been told about the unit which was that it would go out at any time (which would not be a fun prospect with the high temps that are coming over next several weeks) and that the problem was something that could not be repaired. Jamie shook his head after I described the issue with existing AC and said "if thats all the issue is, I got the stuff right now in my van to fix that, it is fixable, so if you do have problems with the unit then we can fix it but as of now its working fine". He could've had the sale in the bag, instead he was straight up honest and said I don't need to have a new AC right now. Thats hard to find these days, I will be a customer for life.
