Fantastic staff! Came out asap fixed our heating in -9 weather! Good people.

These wonderful folks had nothing to gain, I was only in town hauling grain and stopped to ask a few questions about work being done at my house a few hours away. They took the time to call folks and get me all the answers and information I needed. Great, honest people.

My heat went out last night and I called this morning. Snowstorm and schools are cancelled. Dakota was here in a couple hours and fixed my problem. Thanks!!

TALK ABOUT HONEST! So, in summer of 2019 I was told I was going to need a new furnace and new AC. The furnace had a cracked heat exchange so I wanted to get to that first. I called a few companies to come out for bids, and during that time I saw Advanced Heating & Cooling van at a neighbors house. So I got the phone number off the van and called them, ended up going with them to do the furnace, and planned to do the AC later the next year (2020). So here we are, 2020, and I called them up said yeah I want to go ahead and get AC put in. Jamie came out and we talked, I was already ready to buy a unit before he even showed up so the sale was in the bag, all we had to do is set a time for install. So he's talking to me and says "well it feels like its working pretty good why do you want to replace it?" I told him what I had been told about the unit which was that it would go out at any time (which would not be a fun prospect with the high temps that are coming over next several weeks) and that the problem was something that could not be repaired. Jamie shook his head after I described the issue with existing AC and said "if thats all the issue is, I got the stuff right now in my van to fix that, it is fixable, so if you do have problems with the unit then we can fix it but as of now its working fine". He could've had the sale in the bag, instead he was straight up honest and said I don't need to have a new AC right now. Thats hard to find these days, I will be a customer for life. Jamie at Advanced Heating and Air-conditioning has been incredibly helpful and patient with me. Explaining many, what I'm sure are mundane details to him, things ti me. He has worked very hard to find a replacement heat pump during this time of great scarcity. I've seen him training new young guys and his enthusiasm for passing on his knowledge and expertise was clearly a personal desire. I highly recommend Advanced Heating and Air-conditioning.

Our heat was not working and we were able to have someone come out and look at it within 2 hours. They were able to get our heat working in no amount of time!

We will definitely be using Advanced for the foreseeable future!
