We have been chasing down an issue with our air handler for 3 years now (on a 4 year old system). Pence is the 4th company we had out and I wish I had found them sooner. They were able to come same day, diagnose the issue, get parts, get them installed, and get the system set up correctly (actually measured static pressure and set tap speeds correctly). This is the first time I felt heard and listened to from a company and the first time I felt confident our issues are fixed. Plus they fixed an issue with a room always being cold/hot! Bonus, they were cheaper than any of the other companies!!! I really can’t say enough good about Pence and our technician Mike. If you are looking for an honest company that won’t try to just get you to buy a new system, look no further :)

AC went out in July. At night. It was a long night, but got in touch first thing and they were on it. Back up and running and cooling down by mid afternoon. Appreciate the quick and great service. Will be adding the regular maintenance plan now to keep on top of these things .

They came out within a week of my call to service the furnace and a/c unit. Mike did a good job with this. Pence indicated a filter is included in the service work but later found out this is only for a 1 inch filter. I did have to purchase and provide the filter
