This is the best carpet cleaning company we've ever had. The owner was responsive and the team who cleaned our carpets were professional, friendly, clean and did the best job ever for a bit less $ than the estimate. They're definitely good people and made our house look new again. They deserve 10 *'s!

Our washer flooded and gallons of water seeped into our finished basement. Nate and his crew were over that day setting up their gear and drying out the drywall, carpet, tiles, etc. He was super easy to work with, gave us great info on next steps, and even helped us file a claim. They are very professional, timely, and super responsive to any question day or night. We will be highly recommending them to our friends.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! They are prompt, professional, caring, organized, and do an EXCELLENT job. Dana is so nice, and treats you like family. I have never felt like I was treated fairly by cleaning companies, but Mr Powerclean is different. I cannot recommend them enough. Their work is top notch with fair pricing. You can’t go wrong with them. I have used the several times, and for me, the search is over!

If you want a corporate ran business that gives you a number to call that you have to fight with if you have an issue, this isn't the place. They're an amazing family ran business that picked up the phone & fixed the issues i had & within 24 hours of contacting them. They had my house cleaned up & were very professional, clean, and respectful the whole time they were here & even cleaned up a few things they didn't have to. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone that requires cleaning needs.

My carpet was a mess to the point that I had ordered new carpeting. My daughter has moved in to the basement where this carpet is and she has two dogs. I was feeling not sure about spending the money nor the carpet I had ordered . I heard of Dana and her company . I had her come over and look at the carpet. She assured me my carpet was quality and it would clean up well. I took her at her word and cancelled the order , saving myself $2400.00. On top of it all we had a slight leak in the furnace area and Dana took care of that also ! This is the gold standard of service and we are very pleased!!

Nathan and the entire company of Mr. Power clean is truly the best! We had a large house fire in February 2024 and he showed up the same day we called him and was empathetic, reassuring, helpful, knowledgeable, honest and very calm. He and his company got right to work packing, cleaning, storing and moving our items out of the house! He was very good with communication and very helpful to understand the entire process from start to finish when we were at a loss at what to do and know when you have a house fire. I hired Mr. Power Clean to clean the brick floors in our home. Dana and her team did a great job at explaining the process and scrubbing away years of ground in dirt that regular mopping could not clean. Very happy with the results and would recommend them to others.

Mr. Power Clean is the best! Adam and Parker power washed our concrete patio and cleaned our carpets yesterday. They were polite and helpful, and their attention to detail and thoroughness was admirable! Our carpets haven't looked this good in a long time. When April's record setting rains combined with a 4 day power outage which started on the 29th of the month, the end result for us was a wet basement. A friend recommended Mr. Power Clean, and we couldn't be happier nor more grateful for the tip.
Nathan, Parker, and the team came to our rescue by moving the contents of the basement to the POD they acquired for us; drywall removal; mold remediation; preparing the place for the re-construction; a great clean-up; and moving contents of the POD back to the basement after we finished re-construction.
From start to finish, the Mr. Power Clean crew kept us well informed of the process, was always on time, was always fast and efficient in the work, and, everyone was always so very friendly. As a homeowner, I found the crew to be a lot of fun to "work" with. A big thumbs up to Mr. Power Clean!

What do you do after your basement floods in your new house…have a good cry and call Power Clean! They responded immediately with equipment and experience in extracting water quickly and possible mold remediation. They were able to save my new carpet, no damages to furniture or my other flooring. The crew tried to save the pad but came back the next day for evaluation and had to pull the pad, which was easier/less expensive to replace. This last visit they measured the moisture level throughout my basement, documenting and assessing their work. Their attention to detail, knowledge and the hardworking crews made this nightmare much easier on us. I can’t put into words all my gratitude to them.

Our house had a burst pipe that created a minor flood in our basement storage room. The water got on the walls, and under the floor boards. Mr. Power Clean did an excellent job getting it cleaned and dried up. No drywall needed replacement, no mold, and no floorboards needed replacement. They saved us a lot of trouble and worry, and the cost was reasonable. Thanks to them, we were able to get past this event and continue living in our wonderful home without concerns for the aftermath of the pipe burst. Cannot recommend them enough! They do great work!

Jordan and Lilly did a spectacular job cleaning up and sanitizing rodent dropping areas. A difficult job moving the washer and dryer and cleaning and sanitizing the entire garage. I will definitely be using Mr. Power Clean for many of their other services they offer. The owner is very accommodating and the entire staff is friendly and efficient.
Very much worth the price with them taking care of your need/problem, hassle free and easy on your mind.
