Dillon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I love that the storm shelters are made in America by American workers. I am in the process of building a new home. Once it is finished I plan on getting a shelter installed.

HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR FLOORING MEASUREMENTS-Lowe's was more expensive for carpet, but considering going with them based solely off of this experience. Scheduled for my house to be measured for flooring, and was informed by the central administration office that they would be there between 1:30 and 3:30 in the afternoon. I never received a call from the "measuring team" myself and did not have their contact information, but because no one called to confirm with them, they decided to cancel the measure at 1:30. Even after cancelling, I still did not receive a call except from the central administration office to let me know. I called back and asked for the number of the measuring team, and they said it was not their policy to give it out. Upon complaining, the measuring team stated they had tried to reach me and left messages, which they absolutely did not, and cancelled after I failed to call back. EXTREMELY frustrated, as I took time out of my day to be home during these hours, and paid $35 for them to measure (even though it has already been measured in the last month by a competitor-they couldn't accept that).

Called asking about wood cutting services so my wife can fit wood inside her car for her project instead of driving an hour with our pickup. I asked 'Do you provide wood cutting in store and if you do how much is it a cut'.

The person who 'answered' my question said yes, but they only like to do a couple of cuts and then dodged my question on how much it is a cut.

The worker sounded disgusted that I would even ask about it so I told my wife to go to lowes down the road instead.
