Very rude and unprofessional. When we confirmed our appointment this morning over the phone Brian was very short with us then, even though we'd not worked with him before. Then, when he arrived, our mechanical room was not as clean as Brian would've liked and he made that very clear. Instead of nicely asking if we could move some stuff, he immediately snapped and told us "this room is disgusting." Great way to start it off! I didn't appreciate that comment so my response was "I'm sorry, that's just the way it is." If he would've been even the slightest bit understanding that we're a working restaurant with a cluttered mechanical room, then I might have been much more accommodating. Then, my manager came into the room to get a mop because we had a spill in our dining room, and Brian very aggressively told her she was going to just have to wait because they were in there trying to work. She was very taken aback but grabbed the mop anyway. She even came and told me "I'm not sure who those guys are but they were just really rude to me when I was trying to get a mop." When she returned the mop to the room, Brian said to her "I'm not trying to be rude but this room is a mess and it shouldn't look that way." The next thing we know, Brian and the other man with him walked out to the parking lot, got in their truck and drove away. We called him on the phone to figure out what was going on. We even commented that he was short with us on the phone that morning when confirming the appointment. We asked if there was some sort of miscommunication or something that had made him so mad and he proceeded to say "I TOLD YOU THIS MORNING that I needed 3 feet of clearance around the breaker box." We simply don't have this much space in a small restaurant mechanical room and yes, there was a tool box and a rack with cleaning supplies in the same room, as well as our hot water heater, which obviously can't be moved. The next thing we know, Brian came back into our store and said "I'll apologize, but when I tell you this room is a mess and you respond with "that's just the way it is" it really pisses me off." I was so shocked that this was his way of trying to handle the situation that I just told him. "You're really rude. We'd like you to just leave."
They also took the door off our breaker box and didn't replace it after they walked off the job. (attaching photo) After looking at his business card I realize now that Brian is actually their customer service supervisor. Yikes! Needless to say, we will never use BEI again.

I was in need of a few electrical supplies and had already visited two other local (Springfield, MO) electrical supply outfits, which proved to be less than courteous, less than friendly. My last stop would be City Electric Supply in Springfield, and this time my experience was different.
I entered City Electric Supply through the rear door and was soon greeted by a young man, by the name of Cody, who was exceptionally respectful, friendly and very helpful. Cody also proved to be quite knowledgeable. I returned the next day for an offset and was similarly greeted and assisted by two other gentlemen. I have decided that I will continue my business exclusively with City Electrical Supply.

This review is long over due. Cody and his crew are extremely friendly and knowledable about all materials I've needed. They've come through for me again and again when I needed solutions and not excuses. They've been able to get very special cable for a massive job that other companies couldn't even find, let alone order for me. Hands down one of the best supply houses I deal with.

Once in a while in life, there comes a time when something so good happens you just have to tell the world about it.
I'm nearing retirement and I wanted someone to come in and install a
new sub-panel and some new outlet in my garage. I also wanted a new
electric heater hooked up so I could stay warm in the garage while out
there working in the winters.
Try as I may, I could not get anyone to do these repairs for me ( UNTIL ) I saw one of Terry's service trucks pass me on the road. I wrote his number down and gave him a call as soon as I got home. Terry was at my house working up an estimate the next week. Very friendly. Very
professional. He had to order few things to do what I needed done but the following week one of his trucks was in my driveway and out steps Zack.
Zack and I took a few minutes to compare notes and I went on about
my day. Zack completed my garage / now shop that day and the work
is excellent.
Terry scheduled the inspector and the inspector was here a couple days later. The inspector simply said " Great Job " then he commented that this kind of work is what he always see's from Terry and his crew.
I'm so happy with Terry's company, their professional attitudes and their work, I'm just beside myself.
It is just my opinion but simply stated, if you need some electrical work
done around your place, if you call anyone else, your wasting your time

I had an (so called) electrician come to do some work for me. Long story short, was here 3 times and I ended up with a mess… called Victory and Tim came out and looked at what I needed and sent Reuben out to fix/install my
electrical issues. Both Tim and Reuben, were polite, courteous and respectful!!! The job was done in a very timely manner and they cleaned up after themselves. I would strongly recommend Victory Electric, Tim and Reuben to everyone!!!!!!!!
