The electric went out it in our master bedroom. No electric in any outlets. We tried everything from unplugging everything, checking breaker box to see if a switch had kicked off, everything looked ok. I was at wits end and called Hendersons to see if they could recommend someone. They did, and I called the company but it was booked up for several weeks. I asked them for a recommendation. I was then given the name of James Shockley owner of Ultimate Electical Solutions. Best call I ever made that day. James listened to my ramblings ,trying to explain the problem. Thank God he understood and found the time to come right out. He checked all the outlets and the breaker box, he traced down the problem and fixed it . James is a very nice, knowledgeable and caring person. He has gone above and beyond in customer care. I Highly Recommend Him. THANK YOU James we appreciate you very much...... James was great to work with, he provided me with the details I needed for understanding some of the electrical issues I had in an older home. He went above and beyond with showing up on time to quote the job, was flexible, and punctual on the day he came to perform the repairs. I would definitely use him in the future if I need any work done.

He was very professional, quick to come out and give us an estimate on installing an RV hook up for electricity. When it came tike to schedule he had great availability and was able to get the job done the following Monday. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and affordable!

James did great work on the home we just purchased. He installed 7 can lights and did some other electrical wiring and was able to complete all the work before our move in date. He was very reasonably priced. He was prompt and professional, and everything turned out great. 10/10 recommend!

James was an incredibly helpful and informative tech to have out at the house. He was very respectful of our space and kept me in the loop of what all he was testing and why. The problem we had originally called for had subsided which would have made it easy to say "call us next time it breaks and we will figure it out" instead he spent his time testing away through our home and finally found that an outdoor outlet was causing the issue. He promptly fixed the outlet and let us know what to do in the future should any problems arise. 10/10 will be using his services in the future!
