General Contractor reviews in Springfield, Missouri

Redid my neighbors fence. Moved my bird bath and didn't put back. They also walked all over my plant beds pushing the mulch into the grass and killing my perennial fern breaking all the steams. It's been three weeks and it is dead. Hasn't put back out. They might do a great job on fences but have no respect for personal property.

The first time they stained my deck they left two big blobs of stain that dried before they could spread it. Jerry came and sent the crew back to fix it they did not. He sent them to strip my deck and the crew came again today. While they were here they pointed out the stain the first crew left on my siding. My recommendation at this point if you use them check the work closely especially your siding before writing a check. Jerry works hard to make you happy but at this point I think I am going to be stuck with stained siding.

The two young men that came to our home to power wash our house did an excellent job. The were very respectful and careful with our property and landscaping.I will highly recommend Renew Crew to my family and friends.

Rob and his crew did an outstanding job. Our deck never looked better. Everything was clean and spotless when they left. Great job. Already booked another job. Thanks so much.

Our deck was 14 years old and was badly aged. Every year that went by, our concern only grew as spring rain, summer heat, and winter ice kept doing a tag team number on the wood. We opted for a custom color protective coating, rather than just a stain. The deck looks great, adds an attractive color accent to our home, and Renew Crew made sure the entire job was done to our satisfaction.

Renew Crew was recommended by a friend. They did a great job on our large deck and at an affordable price. Thank you! It looks great now from the golf course.

We've used Renew Crew twice and counld not be more pleased. They are thorough, punctual and protect all the flowers and bushes as they clean and stain the deck. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. The young man who cleaned my mom's deck offered to wash her sliding glass doors when she mentioned how dirty they looked compared to the beautiful deck. Such a sweet and kind boy working for a great company.

I have a red brick house with white trim that has not been power washed since I’ve owned it for 10 years. The two young men showed up on time and did a fantastic job. What was most impressive is that they wanted me to inspect the house before they put away their equipment. I will diffinately use Renew Crew again.

Everything was done professionally and the area was cleaned up after. really liked the fact that they workers never had to run in and out of the house., they got to the deck with ladders. Everything is looking great. the only issue we had was fighting the weather to get things done, so it took a few weeks.

They were to clean and seal our front deck/porch. They cleaned one day and were going to come back and seal another day. When they came back they were not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning so they cleaned it again and then came back the next day and sealed it. The porch looks beautiful and we are very pleased with their professional attitude.

Had them clean and stain our deck. First “try” was so bad with skips, overspray onto the house and drips that we called and had a supervisor come inspect. He agreed bad job and had them come back and redo the stain job. Now less than a year later I’m having to have my deck repaired because of poor workmanship that has allowed water into the woodwork. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!

We highly recommend this company. We have had a very professional project A+ rating.
The workmen made us feel like we were very important to them and not just a number. Steven and Nathan were great on follow up and completion. I will use them again.

The two young men who came to our home were extremely professional! They did an amazing job! Not only did they move the patio furniture, the plants, and all of the other items on the patio, they put everything back! I highly recommend Renew Crew!

Excellent communication from start to finish. Collin and Andrew were very easy to reach when I had questions and they were very courteous and attentive. I am very happy with the quality of work performed. My fence was professionally cleaned and stained and it looks fantastic.

Renew Crew did an awesome job on my rental property. They really got in there and removed that fungus off of those gutters. They were also extremely careful with the painted wood siding. I would definitely use them again.

We have used Renew Crew in past years for my mother; so when I needed my new fence washed and stained of course I called Renew Crew. My husband passed away 1 1/2 years ago and it is hard for me to get work done where I can trust their work and them be honest with me. I must say that Brett has been great with notifying me of when they could do the work and answer any questions that I have had. Thanks Brett.

We had them do our wood fence, they have cleaned and protected this fence since i had it installed.
They again did a great job my fence looks almost new. My neighbors have commented on how nice our fence and deck look, as they also do my deck. I would recommend them to my family and friends and in fact have!

I take a tremendous amount of pride in maintaining my home, and Renew Crew not only did a tremendous job of cleaning/sealing my privacy fence, but also were professional, prompt, spot on with their estimate with no "hidden surprises", and most of all, showed a great amount of respect for my home and property. Great experience, they simply do business the right way.

Renew Crew had some issues with weather working against them but they were able to still stay in the schedule they gave. The crew that came out was extremely polite and efficient. The deck looked great and it rained in less than 24 hours after seal but the water beaded up and it held.

The wooden fence surrounding our yard needed serious washing and painting. Renew Crew came out, gave us an estimate, put us on the calendar and the rest is history. They are fast, thorough and professional. I truly recommend their services.
