Timely and honest. Ross was very prompt in helping us and coming out to us same day. I had a high point which I couldn’t reach or feel comfortable getting to. He got his ladder out and helped us right away in getting my downspout and gutter fixed. He even came back the next morning to secure extra straps for our piece of mind. Got on roof to help look to see if I had another other damages too. Will call on him again!
