Mounted my sound bar wrong, but they fixed it.

Made an appointment on a Wednesday for the next afternoon. He to call before he got hear. Now Friday evening No one has shown up or called.

Had an appointment scheduled. They failed to show up and left me on read in the texts. They dodged my calls the rest of the day and screwed me out of my personal time off from work.

I had a bit of an I'm a dummy moment and J&J helped out. It was less than an hour after I called and he was there. He got the job done very quick and at an extremely reasonable rate.

Jason came out on short notice to fix my ac what I thought was a refrigerant leak was actually a fault capacitor which Jason quickly diagnosed and fixed for me at a great price at that too

I payed him a lot of money and he did not do a good job. He kept dodging my calls and then refused to come and fix his mistake. If you are looking for someone to do a good job this is not your guy!

J & J recently came to my place of employment to hang a security mirror in our lobby. They were prompt (able to provide same day services), showed up to provide the service when they said they would, gave us a great deal (only charged $50 and did not charge us for time they spent going to store to get extra items they needed to hang it and did not charge us for those items), and did a great job that definitely met our expectations. Would definitely recommend them for any handyman services you have!

They did a horrible job installing my air conditioner. Once installed it started leaking all over my kitchen floor. J J started not answering my phone or texts after the 3rd time they came out to fix the leak. Fast-forward 3 months and my floor is badly rotted out and the ducts have collapsed from all the water damage. Please do not use this company. I spent several thousand dollars on the unit and I am going to have to spend more than twice that repairing the damage.

As a new home owner, maintenance and repair can't be overwhelming. It's hard to know the cost of repairs or who to use, which I've found out the hard way in the past. Joe with J&J came out and fixed my furnace (another company had insisted it be replaced) and even helped me replace the faucet in my kitchen that was cracked and it was so affordable. I would recommend J&J to anyone who needs maintenance or repair to receive an honest service at an affordable price. Thanks guys!

Jason and his son came out to fix my weather head after a big storm that rolled through. They had great communication and quick efficient work. Had my power back on in no time. Fairly priced and wonderful people.

Jason came out when our air stopped working within an hour and tried to get it to work, but the unit stopped working so we had to order a new one. The new one gave all of us some trouble but we got it all figured out and it's in and running. He keep the communication open the whole time and sent us pictures and now we have to wait for another piece to come in and he will be out next week to put that in . Great company and very friendly people

Chris did a wonderful job on my koi pond and I have nothing but praise for this company. They had the landscape stone in stock that was needed to finish the job sand they did such a wonderful job. I wasn't sure how I wanted them stone walkway but they did a great job of hearing what I wanted and turning it in to reality. Thank you Chris. I will be calling you if I ever need anything done in the future act

Chris is great! He offers a lot of different services, and he completes jobs efficiently and above expectation. A tree fell in my backyard during a storm, and he came out and got it cleaned up fast, and for a fair price that beat the other quotes I received. 10/10, I would recommend to everyone

Chris was very prompt and courteous. He worked quickly and efficiently and did a great cleanup job after cleaning the gutters on two houses for us. I would definitely recommend him and I would use him again.
