We worked with William on a new build. He was very helpful and accommodating to our schedule. Thank you.,

Very detailed, helped me understand reports I had questions on. I was welcomed to be a part of the inspection which was important to me so I could learn about the property. Fast appointment, again was important for my closing, report was issued same day as inspection. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

I was able to easily book the appointment, Tim told me about the various tests available, he performed the inspection and provided the report the very next day which included very detailed information about everything on the home inspection report. Just received my home inspection and he did an amazing job finding little and big issues!! I was very impressed with the report that he emailed me. Buying out of state you want a good home inspection and I feel he did an excellent job.

Very professional, affordable and thorough. I called this company, and they got us in ASAP! They were very affordable and kind to work with. I feel like we know all of the details and problems with the house were looking to buy and he explained everything in a way we could understand. Definitely would recommend their services to anyone looking to buy a home!!!

Inspection was very thorough and descriptive. My only complaint is I thought paying for mold testing would actually be air tested not looked at and recommended to have someone else come look at the areas of concern. But over all he did really well.

Very affordable and got to the inspection quick. Super easy process. Highly recommend.
