On November 11 Michele with Davis Cleaning was in my home for the first time. I was amazed when she finished in two hours when others take three and a half plus to clean it. I thought oh no! But to my surprise things looked awesome. Thank you Michele

I was not as impressed with my cleaning this time as I usually am. It looks like my cleaner missed an entire room when cleaning. The kitchen also did not get cleaned as well as usual. I wasn’t here at the time to move stuff off the counters, but there are several places where I’ve put everything in baskets so it’s easy to pick up and clean underneath and that didn’t happen. I usually love how Davis does my cleaning, so I’m pretty disappointed this time.

Cleaning was fine- some streaks were left on our floor and base boards still dusty and I believe I may have paid extra for this but cannot confirm. Business communication is non-existent when trying to schedule future services. Will be moving onto another company to not be left in the dark. This is the business I used and my message requests to rebook were ignored.

Disappointing! Cleaning was inconsistent, as some things done well while others were poor. Used feather duster instead of wiping things down and doing thorough dusting of items. Worst was the mopping, as they left spots all over the floors, especially the wood floors. I had to re-mop all of the floors and I had told them I have back problems and have difficulty cleaning the floors but had to mop all of them again due to the spots they left on them. Very expensive housecleaning for what we got! My realtor had recommended this company as someone who cleans throughly and gets a home ready to show for sale, but will not use them again and will let our realtor know we cannot recommend them for his clients.

They were supposed to deep clean but it was barely cleaned at all. Floor dirty, blinds covered in grime, stove top dirty, cabinets not cleaned, most windows still dirty. Would not recommend. Was not able to select zero stars...

Do not hire this company. I called them on 11/07/25 and they were able to get me scheduled for 11/11. The owner asked me a series of questions about the size of the home, whether there had been pets in the home, and the flooring. She then asked if I wanted to add window cleaning and baseboard/trim cleaning for an extra charge, which I paid for. I was also charged extra for "deep cleaning" as there had been a dog in the home. An employee showed up right on time and I walked through the home with her to make sure she didn't have any questions. She told me her coworker would arrive soon, and I left for work. After 8 hours we were told the coworker had never shown up and they would not be able to complete the work that day. Someone was to contact me the following day to arrange a time to finish the work. My credit card was charged when the employee arrived that morning. On follow-up, I was told by Heather Davis that the home was "more detailed" than expected and that I would need to pay for 2 more hours to have the work completed, which I will not do. This company sets a price, promises work will be done and then fails to follow through. Please get everything in writing if you book with them or better yet, book with an ethical company.
