I do not use Nixa Lawn Service but apparently my neighbor does. For the past three weeks I have suspected they are blowing the leaves from his yard into mine since mine had been freshly mowed and mulched, but there was a clear pile of leaves that started at our property line and had obviously just been cleared from his yard. Yesterday someone was at my home and caught them doing it. I called the office to report it, but they denied being in the area, even though their name and logo were on the white pickup parked in front of my neighbor's house. The individual at my home sent me photos of them blowing the leaves into my yard as well as photos of the truck itself. They did a great job on my neighbor's lawn by just making the leaves from his yard MY problem! I will never use a lawn service that is not respectful to my neighbors. Extremely unprofessional behavior!

For several years we used another service and cancelled since it seemed to not do that much good. After having Ryan Lawn & Tree do some tree trimming we decided to try their lawn service. Best service and quality and professionalism we have had in the 10 years at this residence. Lawn looks great and appears to be healthier than ever before. We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

I always have the one of the prettiest lawns in the neighborhood. I always say I can’t take any credit for it. Ryan’s does all the work and they know their business.

I can't say enough in words of how much I appreciate the great job the crew did on removing two large oak trees from my front yard. I use them for all my lawn service and they informed me that two 100+ year old Oak trees were starting to rot and would need to be removed soon. I was disappointed to have to loose the trees from my front yard as they were 15' in circumferences and one had a tree swing that my grandkids loved to swing from. The whole experience was top notch, from start to finish. Chris came out and went over each part of the bid so I would know what would be included. The crew showed up bright and early (several days before promised) and got right to work. It was so refreshing to see a crew work as a team and know exactly what to do, they reminded me of a swat team in action. I had a couple of questions during the process and whoever I asked , stopped and gave me a through answer. The persons drilling the holes and hanging cable for the tree swing, in another tree, took extra care to make sure it secure and would be safe for many years to come. When they finished, the area was completely cleaned, all the brush removed and they even racked my yard to make sure all leaves and small pieces of branches were removed. Other than the two missing trees, I couldn't even tell they had been there. If you want the job done right in a fast, professional manor, call Ryan's.

Ryan Lawn and Tree of Springfield is great! After our initial call they sent a tech out to look over our tree concerns. Well thought out, no pressure solutions were discussed and a proposal was prepared on the spot. It was very reasonable, we agreed. Our trees were trimmed and removed the following week. Everything was professional, organized and fluent from the first phone call to the final cleanup. Doing what you say you're going to do is very important to me and they did it! We will use them again and recommend their services.

The young men who took care of my trees yesterday were fantastic! They removed a tree (in less than 10 minutes!), raised the canopy on 3 other trees and cleaned out the dead wood on most of the trees I have. They were polite and responded to my questions and even took out a few smaller limbs at my request. What impressed me even more was the care they took to clean up after all of the trimming. They even blew the small debris into a pile and scooped it into their truck instead of just blowing it to the side of the street! I would use them again and will recommend others to use their services as well. Thanks, Ryan Lawn and Tree for doing such a great job at my house!

Ryan's came out to cut and trim some trees and remove a bunch of weedy vines along the fence in my backyard. The estimator, Adam, was on time, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The crew arrived on the arranged day and quickly took care of all the work. They did a fantastic job, and I couldn't be more pleased! I highly recommend Ryan's Lawn & Tree!

Twice I have hired Ryan's to do work on my property and I have been very pleased both times. Adam Luraas, the landscape consultant, is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, offering suggestions and clarifying the process so I always understood what work would be performed, the time involved, and the (very reasonable) price.The work crews for both jobs were excellent - they arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up afterwards, and always made sure that I was satisfied with the results.I highly recommend Ryan's for any landscaping work, no matter how small your property or needs.

Called to inquire about them looking at the trees on my property. Was promised a quote within 3 business days and if not a quote at least a call. 2 1/2 weeks later they finally contacted me to ask if I still needed something. Let them know I would look elsewhere due to the lack of professionalism and follow up.

They mentioned, "There was a bunch of storm damage so we were busy." Which tells me this company doesn't care about its customers and will prioritize money over keeping their promises. I understand wanting to grow your business and taking the best jobs to accomplish that goal, but once a promise is made there should have been follow through.

My gratitude goes out to Ryan Alexander and his crew, led by Ian Bowie, for doing an excellent job of installing my front and rear irrigation system. They were extremely professional in carrying out a complete and thorough handling of the project. Upon completion, I was given complete instructions of how to operate the system and given further insight as to necessary periodic services. Great job from these guys. I recommend them to everyone.

They are flat-out excellent. First I had a thorough consultation with a professional arborist, outlining roughly what I wanted done. The same day we received an estimate with several options and price ranges, and made our selections. Within 10-14 days, in the midst of the quarantine, a crew descended on the property and in just half a day sited, planted, and mulched nine trees, removing two, and very meticulously cleaned up after themselves. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

After getting the runaround from another irrigation company for two weeks, I decided to give Ryan Lawn & Tree a call. Deadline for back flow test was approaching quick, which means it's normally the busy time of year for these companies. Ryan had someone scheduled to look at my property within two days.

Jacob Cooper was the specialist that helped me and I could not be more pleased with the service. Jacob walked me through the whole system before replacing a faulty valve, bad wiring preventing a zone from firing, two sprinkler heads and putting in a new smart controller box.

Jacob went through each feature in the controller and smart app, explained their purpose and configured each to the his recommended setting. Thank you so much Jacob for providing your expertise and setting me up with a great system. I am so happy that I made the call to Ryan Lawn & Tree and am sure I will be contacting them again for other services.

They planted 6 trees for me last fall. They have been great. Adam worked with me through the selection and care options, offered placement advice. For a small additional fee they will fertilize and care for two years warranty replacement; well worth it.. This spring a dogwood was looking a bit rough so they replaced for me. Will definitely be my go to in future and highly recommend.

Clayton was the technician who came out for the first time this year, just a few days ago. He is new to this route and he did a fine job and was very personable. I was very pleased with the service that we received from Ryan Lawn & Tree. They were able to schedule repairs for my irrigation system in two days. They remained true to their word when they said the service man was scheduled to come, and despite the evening growing late, he still kept my appointment. He was very polite, knowledgeable of the problem and worked quickly to resolve it. I'm very glad that I contacted them!

Ryan's Tree Service has been so easy to work with. From the initial call to schedule an estimate through job completion. Each member of the team has been professional. They showed up when they said they would and worked hard. We had several large services completed, which required heavy trucks in the yard. They did not leave tracks or tear up the grass. The area looked as if they'd never been there, except for the trees looking so much better. Really happy with them and highly recommend their services. They're worth the price!

Jay Butler fertilized our yard this afternoon. He has always been an EXCELLENT person to deal with. VERY NICE! I saw him actually picking up a piece of trash that had blown between our house. This guy is great. Ryan’s has always been excellent to deal with.

I absolutely love the service I receive from Ryan Lawn & Tree. They are thorough, timely and personable. The results are the best in the neighborhood. My lawn has looked the best it has ever. On the night of fourth of July, in the middle of the fireworks show, I had a pipe burst in my irrigation line. I called my personal lawn guy from Ryan Lawn & Tree (Cody) and he arrived to my house within 20 minutes to fix my burst pipe in the dark. I will recommend Ryan to anyone without hesitation. If you don't already have Ryan, then you are really missing out on having the best lawn and results.

Jacob stopped by on short notice to help with the non-functional irrigation system in our backyard. He is a wealth of knowledge and gave us several options to consider going forward. We greatly appreciate his kindness, expertise, and advice!

I’m a single father on a tight budget. Suddenly, Tuesday morning I wake up to a gigantic tree on my vehicle, my home, and my garage. For the many calls I put out for help, Ryan’s service was the first to respond and arrived at my house shortly after sunrise. Within an hour, a full work crew arrived and began removing the tree. They used great care to remove everything safely and prevent further damage. By the time other services called me back, Ryan’s was almost half way done with the removal. Ryan’s has shown speed, care, quality, and genuine compassion in me and my son’s time of catastrophe. Everything was done in a day and Ryan’s is working with me and my homeowner’s insurance to keep costs manageable. Thank you all so much, Ryan’s saved the day!

Our Ryan team was the best. They arrived early (worked in rain) pulled all old landscaping, old landscaping material and stone. Prepared the beds. Arrived early next morning for planting and flagstone. What a beautiful job. The team was so professional and great personalities. I highly recommend Ryan. Great job guys (and young lady Emma).
