I just made a call with them just asking some questions for services. But he didn’t sound nice at all and after asking some questions he decided to just hang up on me, I say that was rude and disrespectful that just shows how bad customer service might be in the end, glad I didn’t get them.good thing there’s lots more to choose from. So I guess he didn’t like being bothered with questions or anything for that matter. But what do I know. That was my experience. Definitely not doing business with them. Good luck to everyone!

They were great about working around an existing garden, and careful about getting just the right color of materials needed to coordinate with my existing items. Mark and his team did wonderful work at our house. They weeded, trimmed, mulched, pruned trees, designed and extended an area of landscaping for us in our backyard. The communication process was stellar and our exceptions were exceeded. We are excited for spring to see the results of their hard work.

He and his crew were great to work with. Mark is very knowledgeable and creative. He was able to quickly understand what we were describing and designed a layout.

In spring 2024, we hired Imagination Landscapes to plant a large number of arborvitae trees on our property, in order to create a natural barrier between our property and an adjacent road. The project was extensive and expensive, but we believed we were in good hands. Two months after the project’s completion, we had a certified arborist examine some different, decaying trees in our yard. While the arborist was at our home, he mentioned in passing that the new arborvitaes had been planted incorrectly (too deep) and that we would lose them within five years. The arborist then provided us with a document of the industry standards for tree planting from the agricultural extension. It wasn’t too late, he said, to ensure their longevity. We reached out to Imagination Landscapes and requested a revision of the planting. Mark agreed and indicated that he personally would oversee the multiple steps needed to fix the issues. He sent a complete email of all the things he would do in order to correct the issue. Unfortunately, the items he said he would fix were not done. (Per the guidelines, the trunks were planted too deep and root flares not exposed; the rootball supporting material—burlap and twine—was not removed from the top third of the rootball; circling or kinked roots were not straightened or severed.) Now, eighteen months later, in spite of our best efforts to care for the trees, two of the trees are dead, and we are at high risk of losing the rest of them. The problems arising from the original planting (and subsequent lack of “fixing”) have now been confirmed by two outside companies—the arborist and another reputable landscaping company—and we are working with them to try to save what Imagination Landscapes should have done properly in the first place. Thus, we cannot in good conscience recommend Imagination Landscapes.

I had contracted Imagination Landscapes last spring to help make the home I recently purchased look better (house was built in 1944 so it needed lots of work) and Mark Cunningham (owner) came up with a great concept that would also incorporate my driveway getting new concrete so it was a big project for me. When Mark’s crew came to plant the summer was brutally hot and did all the watering I could but a lot of the plants either didn't make it or struggled along without establishing themselves well. I called Mark & he had his crew put in different plants (they picked out beautiful ones) that will do much better with our climate & make my home look great for years to come. Mark firmly believes in customer service and standing behind his.company’s product guarantee (1 year) and there aren’t many companies that are willing to do that. I really appreciate Mark & his crew and I can't recommend Imagine Landscapes more highly!
