They canceled my in home walk through and said it would be 2 weeks before they could come out. Unreliable from the start!

The best moving company to work for. If I ever move I'll hire them to do my move. They take care of your belongings use pads and go out of their way to make your life easier when moving.

Would not recommend use of this company. They broke a water line in my house while installing a refrigerator, I have call for 7 days asking to get it fix. I keep getting blown off. NOT living up the Missouri movers code of ethics by far in my opinion.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Delivery was suppose to with installation and haul away. They would install and said "we are not plumbers" and tried to leave with my new dishwasher. Stay away from this company very rude drivers and company not responsive.

Bestway was quick to respond and provide an estimate. Their pricing was great, and they where there on time every step of the way. The crew for both packing and moving were a group of great people who were both quick and handled my property with care. It went so quick and smoothly, it made the entire moving process relatively painless. I would highly recommend Bestway based on my experience.

Had an oven delivered from Home Depot. Very professional at delivery time. They even retrieved the baking pans we left in the old one a few days after the fact and held on to them for us. Nice people.

They delivered my washer and dryer. They called ahead of time and were on time. Set up was easy and Levi and Dustin were super nice and respectful in my home. If I need to move I will be giving this company a call. Thanks.

Hired Bestway for a local home move. Mark came out and walked the house with me, Cindy called me the next day with a quote and was very flexible with schedule which worked out great! Cindy called to confirm the date and Nick called that morning to let me know he was on the way. Great communication throughout the process. Nick and one other guy showed up in a box truck and moved all our large items (beds, sofas, tables, chairs, mirrors, tv, etc) into the truck and then into our new home. Very reasonable price and 5 star service! I would use them again in a heartbeat! Not just local moving! Great folks!!

I am surprised to read so many bad reviews. The team from Bestway who delivered my freezer from Home Depot was very professional and communicative and I could not be happier with their service. I've noticed a lot of the people who wrote negative reviews were unhappy because they Bestway didn't install the appliance they ordered from Home Depot. It seems like those people's issue is actually with Home Depot, not with Bestway.

I was very disappointed with Bestway Moving and Storage. They delivered a refrigerator. I had paid for the ice maker to be installed and I had bought a new flexible water line to the ice maker. I was told by Home Depot that it would be completely hooked up and ready to go. Not so. The driver, (the guy with the clipboard that did no work) was absolutely not interested in hooking up my ice maker. The reason - the old line came through a hole in the cabinet to the pipe servicing the sink, of course, and they were not allowed to put a line through that hole. Not drill a hole, mind you, but stick a line through an existing hole and hook up to an existing fitting. So, I did not have an operating refrigerator when they took their leave.

I am a 71 year old woman. I had to go to the basement, get the wrenches, get under the sink and attach the line, move the damned refrigerator and attach the line to the back. In about 7 minutes, I was operational.

I will never order anything from Home Depot again if these people deliver. I will go to Lowe's or Amazon

Bestway delivered our refrigerator this morning that we ordered through Appliances Connection. They were super friendly guys and even offered to bring it inside further than planned! Great communication throughout and the appliance was delivered in perfect condition. Thanks guys!!

Bought a Dryer from Home Depot. Set up a delivery date and time. Lady called the day before said it would be delivered between 2 pm and 6 pm. They finally delivered at 8:15 pm without calling me to tell me they would be late. The helper called me about 7:30 p.m. and told me according to their GPS they would be here in about 5 minutes. They got lost and I finally located them and guided them to my house for an 8:15 delivery that was supposed to be here about 3 hours earlier. I expected them to be delivering in a 20 to 24 foot box truck, they backed down my street for the delivery in a 35 foot box truck!! This company needs smaller truckers with more drivers. They think the bigger the truck, the less drivers they need to hire!!!!

Home Depot SHAME ON YOU! Professional installation was a LIE!!! You hired this hack company to deliver my appliances today, which the two sketchy boys REFUSED to even deliver! No phone call prior to showing up and when I asked why they didn’t call, the passenger said “I’m not doing this” and walked back to the truck. They had NO intention of delivering, installing or taking away our old appliances. I saved the video from the security cameras of the two guys that were sent and to show their failure to deliver. Called Home Depot to get a refund, since that’s who I paid directly for the over $1,300.00 in appliances that didn’t deliver. I was told I had to wait until Monday for them to try to get my refund from Bestway.

Worst delivery company ever. We had a refrigerator & dishwasher delivered on a Friday around 3:30. 1st off they didn't deliver our water line for the ice maker we had ordered & when we continued to call the delivery cell # there was no answer & of course no return call or response from the text my wife had sent either. 2nd, the next day on Saturday I looked under the dishwasher to see what all was needed to install it & found a wire that was cut in half from I'm assuming their dolly. We contacted The Home Depot because no clue on how to get in touch with anybody at bestway & was told The Home Depot would cover the cost of installation so they can repair the wire while installing it. Fast forward to Wednesday after no receiving any call about it & was told I needed to call bestway. Called bestway & was told that since it had been past 48 hrs it wasn't their responsibility anymore & to contact The Home Depot. I was hung up on twice by the delivery manager after being told it wasn't their problem.

We had a refrigerator & dishwasher delivered from Home Depot. They didn't give us the water line so my husband and I called the number multiple times & I texted the cell asking for our water line ASAP. It was after 5 so no one answered either phone. We then had to call Home Depot and 2hrs later they gave us a water line - not the one we paid for. Later that night (AFTER calls & text) got an email receipt stating we had everything. The next day, my husband took a look at the dishwasher to find out what he needed to get it installed and he saw where one of the wires was cut in two. We immediately called Home Depot because it was the weekend & the moving company was closed. We thought we had it taken care of on Sat. On Tue we had to call best way & we were basically told that because we didn't contact them in 48hrs they wouldn't do anything, it wasn't their problem and it was on Home Depot hands. How can you contact someone who doesn't answer the phone? They also stated we had to call the number on the yellow card - which we didn't get. We definitely will not be having anything delivered from Home Depot again if they don't change the delivery company. You would think they would want someone to have a good reputation delivering their products

We have moved about 14 times, each time with movers. This move was the best by far. Mark came out ahead of the move and estimated our stuff. He was very kind and easy to work with. Sabra is also very kind and calm and got everything scheduled for us. But the biggest difference was Nick and his team--this was the first move we have had where the moving company brought more than enough team members to make things run smoothly. The packing process was great--they did a great job making sure everything was packed really well. Delivery was on time and again, ran super well and super efficiently. Moving is never an easy thing but Best Way made the process go so smoothly and easily I didn't have to think about it! I wish I could give them 1000 stars for a job well done. Thank you Nick and team for taking great care of us.

Stay away from this company if you don't want your things broken and have missing parts.

Stay clear of this company! Home Depot hired them to deliver our new appliances. You would think it is common sense to move OLD appliances OUT and not just leave them in the middle of my kitchen. We asked if they were going to move them into our garage for us and their response was "they still have a busy day and their boss told them they couldn't" and then proceeded to laugh and get smart with my husband. Very unprofessional. Look elsewhere for a moving company. There is a reason they only have 3 stars for their reviews.

Very timely, less than an hour to.move what I needed. The two guys who helped move were a delight.
