Do not hire this company. Worst customer service ever! I've been yelled at, cussed at, and put down. I'm still dealing with pest problems and they've not took the time to fix the problem. I regret choosing this company. Do not waste your time or money with them.

I OWN A RESTAURANT AND THEY DO A MONTHLY SERVICE FOR ME AND IF I NEED TO CALL THEM BEFORE THAT THEY COME RIGHT OUT. WOULD RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

They are paid to come out quarterly to prevent pests where I live, but they actually only bother spending 30 seconds spraying in a couple spots then leave. Even if there is a problem, they don't bother doing anything to remedy it. Better off with a can of raid.

Terrible! Did a NO show on my apartment complex twice in 6 months. On May 7th 2019, I contacted the District Manager to remind them of my 9 am appointment for May 8th, 2019. Stated they would be there! Here I am, it is noon and they have not SHOWED UP again. How I might as well do the job for them, looking for a new company.

Called these guys about 2 weeks ago for a brown recluse problem. The lady on the phone was very nice and told me I'd be moved to the top of the list due what kind of poest I have. No one ever showed up or called. I've tried to call back and haven't gotten a response.

Technician is respectful and courteous. Very knowledgeable in their area of pest control. Always very good at communication and listening to any concerns I have.

BEWARE of this company!!! I have no idea what chemical was used in my apartment but, whatever was used has made my family sick! We tarped up my entire apartment and removed everything to move it to my balcony. It has been over a month it stills smells very strong in here. The manager over this company came after my complaints and blamed the issue on my daughters Girl Scout box, that we carried these pests in and said I was anxious! I’ve lived in this apartment for 2 years and never had this issue before.. I am tired of the headaches and light headed issues. I even passed out and was brought out of my place by an ambulance!! They refuse to share what kind of chemical was used just that it’s “safe” . The time this company came they were 15-20mins late each time. The dishwasher I have is infested and still has bugs crawling out of it. Beyond frustrated. We are about to seek legal advise!
