Just has Connelly Plumbing, Heating, & Air install a new air conditioner for our home. We are very pleased with the system and the professionalism of their team throughout the entire process. They have also provided plumbing services for us over the years. I'd highly recommend them to anyone for HVAC and plumbing services.

When I arrived home Friday night, my husband informed me that he had accidentally gotten too close to the A/C unit with the weed-eater, and the unit wouldn’t kick on. Today, a friend of ours (who had minor experience working with A/C units) came out and helped replace wiring, but we still couldn’t get the unit to kick on. So I called Connelly.

I wanted to extend my compliments to Jake, the service technician who came out and helped us. He did everything he could to help over the phone, knowing exactly what was wrong and instructing my husband best he could, but ultimately we didn’t know what we were looking for, and we had exhausted our friend’s knowledge. Jake from Connelly came out and had us back up in 10 minutes, then stayed around to hose off our unit and clean it out a bit because he felt bad that a simple fix came with the cost of a service call (which was very reasonable).

We’re both highly impressed with Connelly and will absolutely be relying on them when we need help again.

Wonderful experience! The tech (Zech) took the time to look into the problem and found it was much less serious than originally thought. Fixed the real problem and charged about $500 less than the original estimate. Kudos to this company and this technician for their honesty and their customer first attitude!

Just had a new HVAC installed. Donna did a fantastic job getting the right system and Matt and Ben installed it. Work was performed professionally, on time and they made sure we were happy. Excellent service!

Our main sewer line got clogged, and we had a hard time getting a plumber to come out the same day, but Connelly Plumbing saved the day! Jeff was so kind and understanding about the situation, unlike a previous plumber at another company. He was able to unclog the pipe within a couple of minutes of starting up the power snake. We would highly recommend Jeff and Connelly Plumbing!

Our landlord always uses Connolly Plumbing, and they always do a great job. On Memorial Day, our kitchen sink clogged up and backed up into the utility room drain pipe, flooding our utility room. We called the landlord yesterday morning and he sent one of his handymen over, who thought we needed a toilet repair. He was unable to help. Connolly's showed up this morning, and in 5 minutes, knew exactly what the problem was: a clog in the main sewer line from the house. Within the hour, he had it fixed and had me flush the toilet and run water in the kitchen sink to check it. Everything was working right again. THANK YOU, Connolly Plumbing, for always doing a great job! I recommend you to everyone I know who needs a good, reliable, experienced plumber.

I had a leaking drain valve in my water heater. They came within an hour of calling and fixed it. Very pleased with them. Steve was super nice. Will use them again.

My sink was clogged with excess food that my daughter was not completely either throwing it in the trash or using the disposal and I couldn't cook, clean the kitchen or do laundry. I informed my landlord and she said they would be calling. And I decided to call them and I spoke with Amber, who in return, said that the next day was the earliest availability. I expressed the adversity of the situation and I received a call to let me know they were on the way.
The gentleman dispatched on the call, was very polite, respectful and swiftly precise in getting my kitchen flowing again.

Great experience with Connelly when we replaced our water heater a couple of years ago. When we needed a new furnace last fall, they came through for us again. This is a quality company that provides excellent service.

I called this morning when my funrace/heat stopped working. Michael came this afternoon. Had it fixed in 10 minutes. Someone with less experience might have taken 2 hours. Very impressive! Many thanks!

I was very happy and satisfied, with the work of their employee. Came out within a hour of call, that was very nice because I had a Gas leak. Fixed it in no time at all. Price was responsible. I will use them again.

Fantastic company! Within a half hour of calling, during a winter storm watch, the technician was at our door in 25 minutes. Ryan quickly assessed the problem and fixed our gas fireplace. This is the second time I have used this company, and i must say they are absolutely top notch.

My water heater was having pilot light I had a different company come look at it and they said I would need to replace the entire water heater for $2200! Connelly sent out Blain who was very polite, knowledgeable and honest. He simply cleaned out some clogged components and got us running again for a fraction of the cost, only $130.

This is the second time this company has gone out of it's way to not over charge me. In my experience they are highly professional, fast, polite and honest. Highly recommended.

I had Connelly come help me reconnect drainage lines to the sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal when I had new counter tops installed. The service man was very professional, on time and worked quick and clean. The cost was fair and I felt very good about my sink/garbage disposal and dishwasher working correctly once the counter tops were installed. I have recommended them to a few friends and they have been pleased with their work as well. I would use them again!

The service was great. They arrived at our house less than an hour of us calling. The tech was very professional and nice. We have a really old air conditioning unit but she still managed to find the part and get it installed. The price was extremely reasonable. Would Definitely recommend!

I would highly recommend their electrical department. Two other companies were a week or more out on service calls and they made a plan to come the next day. After reviewing the work order they called and suggested calling CU first, which I did, and they came out that night and solved my problem.Kudos to Connelly/Mike Horton and CU!

The best plumbing company in the area. Quick response, professional and talented plumbers. We had drain issues and then main sewer line needed to be replaced. The talented team took care of everything in 2 days, I feel the price was reasonable and they also had great follow up for a couple of pop up issues.
They will get it fixed and fix it right.

This is a good company to do business with. They quoted our work and did what they said they would do. The only item that keeps them from 5 stars was the time it took to complete the project. They took longer than anticipated but I think it's because they underestimated the labor required to compete the project. This is the reason we will continue to use them, even though they could have come back and asked for more money they stuck to their original quote and did a great job.

I gave never had anything but good experiences with Connelly, until, this last time. I ended up paying 2 guys a total of 7 hours for a 2-3 hour job for 1 guy. I had everything lined up, I thought, because I wasn't home. But good listening wasn't happening either.

I hope they don't plumb like they drive. A driver tried to push me out of my lane. No signal, no look, and he was (shockingly) on his phone.
