I want to give a huge shout out to James and Eli with Dependable Plumbing. We had a horrible situation with a very unruly tenant, but had to get the toilet looked at. James and Eli were so patient and professional! I don’t think any other company would have tolerated what these two did. Thank you so much for your help and professionalism!

They need to change their name to integrity plumbing. The owner Charles, was incredibly honest and had the integrity you’d expect for a great company and owner. He oversaw his technicians and they were good too

This is hands down the best plumbing company in Springfield. They installed a new water heater on very short notice and were so professional, friendly and cleaned up after the job. We are more than pleased and will use them for all our plumbing needs!! Highly recommend!!!

I highly recommend Dependable Plumbing. Charles, Jerry and Ryan spent the day at our home on a huge job installing a gas line for two dryers as well as new plumbing for a new washer. They did a meticulous job and it was obvious they are skilled perfectionists. Will definitely be calling them in the future for all our plumbing needs.

I called Dependable based on the online reviews and was glad I did. We bought a house in Ozark and after moving halfway across the country, needed a new water heater and all the plumbing inspected and brought up to spec. They did the job and were prompt, efficient and reasonably priced. We have used them several more times. I recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with Charles and his team at Dependable Plumbing. It’s so refreshing to work with folks who say what they mean and mean what they say. They are a squared away crew you can trust.

When it came time for me to get a water main replaced (no small job) Dependable plumbing was the first call I made when I was getting quotes for the job. Given my particular situation and background I had a pretty good idea of what fair market costs would be for the job and not only was the quote right in line with reality but the fact that, in my particular instance with no major roadblocks or surprises, the quote was just what was owed at the end of the job was also fantastic.

Charles and his team were incredibly conscientious, competent, timely and reasonable.

Dependable plumbing installed a dishwasher and two water shut offs for us, and I can tell you they are now our go-to. They were punctual, their communication was top notch, and they care about what you are trying to accomplish, not just getting a job done. Their pricing was more than fair as well. I couldn't possibly recommend them more.
UPDATE: As I said before, they are now our go-to! I had them come out on short notice and install a sink with our new countertops, and while they were there they did a couple of extra small jobs we asked for. Just like the first time, top notch. I won't even consider calling anyone else.

I couldn't be more happy with Dependable Plumbing Services. We have used them many of times through the years. Most recently they installed a septic tank for us and we couldn't be more pleased. Charles took time to explain the process to us. He didn't try to upsell us on the most expensive and the largest septic. He asked how many people would be using and knowing it was just a once in a while lake house we were able to get something very reasonabl.

I have used Dependable Plumbing on multiple occasions. Always satisfied with the communication when they've been on jobs I've booked with them. Also haven't had a complaint from any client on the work that was completed and I never had to ask them to come back and correct anything. Charles also made a personal house call for me to correct an issue and was in and out in no time. Great staff, great service, hard working 5 *. Dependable! It's in the name!

Our water heater died right before the weekend. Dependable Plumbing gave up a beautiful Saturday to install a new Noritz tankless system for us so we could have an unlimited hot water (our family of 6 is very thankful for that). Charles was very responsive and presented us with several options at different price points. His 25 years experience in plumbing definitely shows. I love working with smaller service businesses where the person you initially talk to is involved in the project, versus the large companies where you never talk to the owner. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

It was easy to get an appointment set. The staff has always been friendly, and although I didn't shop around much on the price, the work was excellent and the install was clean.

After replacing a 20+ year old hot water heater, I asked for a technician to come back out to review the install when I was concerned with post-install flow rates. The technician came back out and took our concerns seriously and with a smile. He even cleared out a clog in the kitchen faucet, all at no additional charge.

Very over priced. $1800+ for a hot water installation. I hired a company to do this for $900 TOTAL labor/materials/hot water heater, he completed the job in 1.5hrs

When the tech from dependable walked into my home he said ‘oh no’ bc my hot water heater was old, he fumbled around trying to get the element out w a wrench. (Which why wouldn’t they have an impact type tool to get these out or cut it out) said he couldn’t get it out and quoted me $1800 for a new one. I did speak with the owner after I asked for an itemization of the costs, he mentioned a few things that may be added into the cost. Although I was shocked to hear him say some technicians might take 6hrs for this install. Whoa! No thanks, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Being a single mom I felt that I was about to get taken advantage of by dependable.

Let themselves in my house while I was asleep and let both my cats out of the house then lady on phone told me to take a nap because I was pissed off that her guys trashed my house then let my animals out after tryna rob us 3k after only telling us it would be around a grand

Completely rude and hateful business all the way around and will throw their trash out at you
