Reviews of local pros in Springfield, Missouri

Jordan, the owner is an arborist. He is considerate, and extremely knowledgeable. He responded within a couple days of our request. Jordan spent 5 minutes assessing the issue I contacted him about and an hour examining every tree in our yard. Our damaged maple was gone from our yard 3 days after he provided the estimate, including the stump. Every employee, including the sub he uses for stump grinding, is professional, courteous and extremely good at his job.

In an industry that is made up of so many untrustworthy people and those who are scammers, the Tree Doctor is a refreshing change. You will not be sorry for choosing Jordan to address your tree issues.

Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Always good working with a local professional like Jordan.

The estimate was detailed and the price affordable. The work men were polite and considerate of our property. They left the tree aesthetically beautiful, because they are qualified and not just a couple of guys with a chainsaw lopping off limbs! . Would recommend and use again. Thanks!

Great guys over at Tree Doctor, they do clean honest work!! Highly recommend!!

I would definitely recommend The Tree Doctor! Communication was seamless! Originally contacted them for a tree that was dying. Jordan spent nearly an hour with me showing me and explaining to me the various issues we had with our trees. He and Wes were able to treat some of our trees for a healthier future, but they did end up having to remove a couple that were beyond saving. I loved that they cleaned up every inch of our yard when they were finished. Overall, it was a fantastic experience working with Jordan and Wes from start to finish! Highly recommend!

As a licensed arborist, Jordan knew exactly what needed to be done to rid our cherry trees of a fruit fly infestation as well as when to have the trees trimmed for maximum health and production. The Tree Doctor’s organic products are safe for bees, butterflies, and all animals. We’ve been doing business with The Tree Doctor for about four years and would not consider doing business with another tree care company.

My wife saw Jordan working here in our neighborhood and ask him for an estimate, he stopped and came looked with her on what we needed done. Gave her an estimate of which was 100s cheaper then the others we received . We are very pleased with their work

The Tree Doctor is absolutely amazing. The work they did for us is so nice I wish I could give 10 stars.

Great service, honest, trustworthy, will use the again to keep my trees looking nice and healthy.

Highly recommend Jordan and his talented team! Thoughtful, friendly, skilled professionals. They go the extra mile and take care of your trees with expertise. For the past few years, we’ve worked with Jordan to remove, trim and prune several trees and we’ve always been pleased with his team’s attention to detail and final results!

Jordan and his team were awesome!
Jordan gave our project the attention we were looking for.
He was here quickly ... listened to our needs ... offered his advice .. and gave us a fair estimate.
We picked the type of tree we wanted ... he selected the tree (was beautifully shaped and healthy).
His team arrived promptly, were very professional and thoughtful and answered all of our questions.
We would totally recommend ‘The Tree Doctor’!

Jordan and his crew did an amazing job. They took out a tree in the back yard and pruned a few trees away from the roof of the house. Everything looks great, exactly as discussed, and they left the yard clean and tidy. I called several companies and their quote was the lowest, very reasonable. Plus, Jordan was very patient and helpful with all my questions.

I had three huge trees in my backyard that needed to come down. The crew did a great job and cleaned up everything and got the yard all smoothed out. They were delayed one day because of rain but got right back on it. Now I just need to adjust to my new norm of a sunny backyard.

After a storm, and undoubtedly during an extremely busy time for them, Jordan responded same day. They were able to get a crew in and get a large tree at risk of falling on my house down within a few hours of him arriving at my property. They were safe, clean and knowledgeable. I’ll be calling again for any removal or even maintenance to the remaining trees in my yard. Thanks again guys!

Jordan and Wes were awesome! Very professional and personable. They took a large Hackberry that had split out of a very tough spot with no damage to the surroundings. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I highly recommend The Tree Doctor. Jordan, the owner, and his team were very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and professional. They utilized the latest technology and equipment to safely and efficiently remove 3 trees in our back yard and prune 2 trees in our front yard. Clean up was spot on. We plan to use them in the fall for some other landscaping needs.

I called the Tree Doctor after a recent storm. My trees needed serious help. They came promptly and gave me a very fair bid. The crew arrived precisely on the date promised. These guys were polite, hard-working, and expertly skilled. They offered valuable advice on the health of my trees. They picked up and raked every leaf and twig, including blowing off my roof with a powerful leaf blower. The invoice was exactly as promised. I couldn’t be happier.

They were timely. They left our yard, driveway and roof cleaner than before they showed up to remove the tree. All around a great experience and a professional team. They removed a tree that was over five stories tall and 8 ft from our house. They were so precise in doing the work that we weren’t worried at all about accidents!

100% would recommend them and use them for any tree work in the future.

The tree doctors crew did outstanding job on my yard. Putting new mulch replacing some plants! The guys were great very friendly, and I was very very happy!
The crew also did a great job in my backyard, adding my patio and pergola!!
They did a great job!! They have a great team!!!!

Jordan with the Tree Doctor and his team were terrific for our pruning and a tree drop! They were the first to respond to my request for bids and the most reasonable overall. They were timely, communicative, responsible, cared for our property and our schedules, safe in all that they did, offered additional help with a couple items we had here, and did a great cleanup job afterwards. They worked well with our neighbors and managed working within a very tight space for the tree drop. We would highly recommend The Tree Doctor!

Jordan and crew did a wonderful job on trimming and treating one of our maples damaged in the storm, and cutting down and grinding down the stump on the other maple. They were very careful to limit the amount of debris and in cleaning up! Also thankful for the military discount Jordan gave us!
