Excellent communication from start to finish. Collin and Andrew were very easy to reach when I had questions and they were very courteous and attentive. I am very happy with the quality of work performed. My fence was professionally cleaned and stained and it looks fantastic.

Renew Crew did an awesome job on my rental property. They really got in there and removed that fungus off of those gutters. They were also extremely careful with the painted wood siding. I would definitely use them again.

We have used Renew Crew in past years for my mother; so when I needed my new fence washed and stained of course I called Renew Crew. My husband passed away 1 1/2 years ago and it is hard for me to get work done where I can trust their work and them be honest with me. I must say that Brett has been great with notifying me of when they could do the work and answer any questions that I have had. Thanks Brett.

We had them do our wood fence, they have cleaned and protected this fence since i had it installed.
They again did a great job my fence looks almost new. My neighbors have commented on how nice our fence and deck look, as they also do my deck. I would recommend them to my family and friends and in fact have!

I take a tremendous amount of pride in maintaining my home, and Renew Crew not only did a tremendous job of cleaning/sealing my privacy fence, but also were professional, prompt, spot on with their estimate with no "hidden surprises", and most of all, showed a great amount of respect for my home and property. Great experience, they simply do business the right way.

Renew Crew had some issues with weather working against them but they were able to still stay in the schedule they gave. The crew that came out was extremely polite and efficient. The deck looked great and it rained in less than 24 hours after seal but the water beaded up and it held.

The wooden fence surrounding our yard needed serious washing and painting. Renew Crew came out, gave us an estimate, put us on the calendar and the rest is history. They are fast, thorough and professional. I truly recommend their services.

We recently had your crew come to our rural home and power wash and stain our two decks, which were overdue for staining. My husband was amazed at the dirt and fungus they removed-the wood looked almost new (it's 21 y.o.)! Our conditions were windy when the Crew began staining our deck, so we were so relieved to see the painstaking care they took to cover sections they did, one at a time, so there was no stain anywhere but where it should be! They were meticulously careful, particularly staining around brick and picture window areas, and when they finished both decks gleamed--rails, stiles, steps and decking! Not only did they do a fabulous renew job, their clean-up was just as precise. Our sidewalks, patios, windows and brickwork all looked pristine. We can't thank you enough for your professionalism; friendly, timely, capable and conscientious. We highly recommend!

Great communication from beginning to end. The crew was on time and very polite. We had 5 years of moss growing on the north side of our siding and it now looks brand new. Great job at a very reasonable price. I also like the way we were called afterwards and asked if we were happy with the results and if we had any concerns. We will use them again.

I am a longtime customer of Renew Crew. I have always been pleased with their work and this year was no exception.The young man that cleaned and sealed my deck this year did the best work of all of the previous workers. They have all done good work but he was exceptional. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Great experience all around! Andrew was extremely helpful and very quick to respond with any questions I had prior to hiring them to restore our deck, fence, and wood trim. The guys that came out were all very courteous and did a great job. Loved the follow up from Andrew after the job had been finished and they addresses a few areas of concern very quickly and was just all around a great business to work with! Great customer service!!

Renew Crew did a great job. They were responsible and very professional. They followed up to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction and came out immediately to address a couple of areas of concern. I am extremely happy with their customer service and the completed job.

If there was an option to give zero stars, this is what I would give because that’s what this company deserves. First, when we initially contacted them to come do our backyard deck it took them months to come out, and it took them awhile to respond. Then when it finally came time for the job to be done, they never showed up on time for their appointments and they constantly changed the appointment dates and time. They would show up at the house when no one was home and call asking where we are, but of course we’re not there because it wasn’t the scheduled time. Our deck has some weather damage and old paint on it, so we were told they would sand it down and put paint stripper on the existing paint. All they did was power wash it. So now that they laid the new paint on top, it’s chipping away. We had them come back out and redo it, but it still hasn’t fixed the problem and now we have chips, splintering wood, and peeling paint everywhere. They also did a poor job at painting it in the first place because they got paint on some of our furniture and pool. We’ve been trying to contact them again and have left emails, voicemails, and texts and have not gotten a single response from them. This is probably one of the worst customer service I’ve ever been given. Choose somebody else to do it or do it yourself!!

Renew Crew did an incredible job cleaning and re-staining my deck. It looks phenomenal and looks like a brand new deck. I'm so pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone!! GREAT job!
