I had a great experience with the Spa Gallery. I worked with Scott on finding a new spa for our family. Scott was a no pressure salesman made shopping with my wife and kids a breeze. Delivery was very easy the team made sure the spa was put exactly where I wanted it. I had a wonderful buying experience I will be a customer for life.

We have had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. We were scheduled for a pool opening two weeks ago and after multiple visits to our house, our pool is still not open. There has been zero communication from them as to why this is and when we reached back out, we were given a time that they would return to finish the opening and they did not show. We also had a very poor closing experience last fall and decided to give them another chance, but we will not be returning to this business. Not to mention, one of the first guys they sent out was seen on our security cameras exposing himself and peeing in our yard. We have tried to be patient and understand things happen, but when you pay so much money for a pool opening, there has to be some amount of responsibility and professionalism.

Working with this company has been a nightmare! Last year, we hired them to close our pool and had a poor experience where our cover was broken and put on incorrectly. We decided to give them a second chance rather than just take our business elsewhere, and that was a HUGE mistake. Multiple weeks after our scheduled opening, our pool is still not functioning correctly and looks like a swamp. There has been very little to no communication about what is happening or why the opening has not been completed. We have gone into the shop, called, and messaged many times. We are brushed off, ignored, or told “They don’t really know…”,”They just answer the phone…”, etc. We have asked to speak with the owner on two separate occasions and been told that they were unavailable or “too busy.”
We eventually were desperate and asked another company to come out and see if they could figure out what was wrong, as our pool went from functioning perfectly to not functioning after this company has been to our property 4 separate times to supposedly finish opening it. We have found out that all the pool fittings but one were put in incorrect places, one was snapped off (wasn’t before they came), and a fitting connected to the pump is busted so that water just sprays out everywhere (Again, wasn’t broken before.)
I’m so disappointed and would warn against trusting this company with such expensive equipment.
