Tree reviews in Springfield, Missouri

This is the BEST company around !! I had a ridiculously large branch hanging high above my fence, tangled and supported by a thick bunch of vines. The branch hung over two neighbors yards also I had three other companies come in for estimates and all three of them said they wouldn’t even attempt it because of the way it was hanging and they couldn’t get trucks into my yard without destroying my fence.
Canopy came and said no problem we’ll get this taken care of for you and won’t need to bring any trucks in. They explained how it would be done and were there 2 days later.
Not only got that branch removed but also removed 8 trees in total for me.
I can’t recommend them enough!
Super nice crew, worked all day straight through, AND it was a scheduled day off for the holiday BUT they were there anyway and did a fantastic job!! Seriously the best company there is

Work was done quickly and very reasonable. Will use them again and refer to others

I called about getting my cat out of a tree, he was high up on the end of a flimsy branch. Derrick said they don't charge for getting cats down, which was amazing! He and his wife came out after their workday and Derrick climbed up and rescued my cat. He was so sweet to the cat, talking to him to calm him down. He got him in the carrier and safely down to the ground. I am so thankful for their help, it meant the world to me! This is a very professional team and I would use them for future tree work which may come up. Great people! Highly recommended!

Very friendly and professional! The crew did a great job on my dead trees at an affordable cost. Absolutely would recommend.

Canopy did a great job. Reasonably priced!

Just so happened to come across these guys while they were hard at work and asked them to help me get my cat out of my tree. Without hesitation they successfully got my cat down. Thank you guys for all your help!!!!

Great people helped my sister get her cat out of a tree

Exceptional Service, Quick Response, Fair Pricing - Highly Recommended

Canopy Tree Service provided exceptional service, responding quickly and completing the job efficiently.
I was very impressed with the quick response time from Derrick.
When it comes to pricing, Canopy Tree Service proved to be exceptionally fair.
I had obtained quotes from several other companies, and Canopy Tree Service provided a competitive and reasonable estimate.
They were transparent about the costs involved and ensured that there were no hidden fees or surprises at the end.
I would gladly hire them again!
Highly recommended for their professionalism and expertise!

This a great company to work with. I was contacted by Derrick almost immediately after I sent a request for a quote. He came out quickly after to check things out himself, and I had the quote in my inbox before he left. I hired them based upon this quote, and quick action. It wasn't the lowest, but it also wasn't the highest, which I suppose made me feel confident they were truthful, honest, and wanted to help.

The work kicked off early! They actually finished the entire project before the start date.

I had 4 trees removed, and 2 stumps. I'm amazed at the stump removal, like the trees never existed...

The crew was great, hard working, and professional. I always told them to let me know if they needed anything, and they needed nothing lol well prepared.

10/10 would highly recommend.

My experiences with Canopy Tree Service have always been great. Courteous and professional. I recommend them highly.

10/10 phenomenal service. These guys were true gentlemen from start to finish, and treated my grandmother with pure respect. She was begging me to write them a stellar review when all was said and done. Canopy tree service will blow your expectations away, and leave you feeling like you’ve gotten your money's worth! Having a storm come through your area is not as near of a big worry when these guys are around. Thanks guys!

Friendly, professional, downed the tree very quickly. Cleaned up completely. I was very pleased they did everything I asked of them. Considering the crew and equipment expense they have and the good job they did, I felt like the pricing was very fair. Will use them again, and recommend them to anyone. Thanks Canopy Tree Service.

These guys are great. They were friendly and professional. They showed up exactly when promised and the job was finished when they said it would be. Dangerous tree removed and the debris cleaned up, all for a fraction of what their competitors quoted!! Will be recommending them to everyone I know.

We had a HUGE tree very near our house and Canopy Tree Service removed it in a totally professional & safe manner. Workers were friendly and worked diligently. The only complaint I have was we asked them to let us know when they would be here and they did not...we were concerned about losing electricity for a bit. But, it all worked out and we never were without power. I totally recommend them!

After the Windstorm 2 weeks ago I had large portions of 2 trees balanced on my roof. Because I didn’t have known roof penetration I was placed a little lower on the work list, which was fine, if I had roof issues I’d have wanted to be bumped up the list.
They’re coming out showed up with the bucket truck & grinder and did great work, cleaning up even the smallest twigs after dropping the larger cuts.
Friendly workers, great pricing. Will call again if I need future tree work.

They are professional and safety conscious. I would not have any issues recommending them to anyone needing tree services.

Best price in town to remove a large tree. They completed the work quickly and left our property tidy. The crew was friendly and approachable. We had to follow up with them to clarify the work day as they had ~6 week wait time.

Canopy Tree Service does an amazing job! They are very responsive and knowledgeable. Plus they’ll give you an estimate before they do the work. Highly recommend.

Your company deserves a million stars from us! Canopy Tree Service rescued our kitty Jax from a tree after 4 days stranded 30 plus feet high. Derrick refused to charge anything. They are awesome, kindhearted, amazing people!!! 🐈‍⬛🐈

If I could do a 10 star I would! They came out and rescued my mom's cat that had been stuck in a tree for 24 hours. He came out and got her down and didnt charge anything. We appreciate the help so much! Thank you!

Great customer service from start to finish. I had a bradford pear tree split due to storm. The three man team did an awesome tree removal and clean up - five star service!!! I would highly recommend them!
