I am in Colorado springs masada tore through my sewer line. Believing it was plugged I hired help and was out 1200 dollars no one cared and I havent been repaid for nothing .I am 79 years old ,had to clean up a poopy mess 4 times before they got it fixed .no compassion at all .no masada people wants to do anything to refund what is coming to me.i give them an f rating .they reall took advantage of an old lady on a fixed income.

This company did work in our yard and ruined our sprinkler system. I called and complained, someone came out and looked briefly and blamed it on a company that was out 6 months prior. We had used out sprinkler system during those last 6 months with no problem. I have been trying to reach them to come back out and look at how shallow they buried the line and to show them the damage and no one answers and all of their voicemails are full.

Company might be great but the drivers sure aren’t. They like pull out into 65+ mph traffic with no more than 7-8 car lengths cutting off traffic then staying at very low speeds causing people to slam on their brakes.

They are a great company highly recommend

“Respectable” and “quality” are not words I would choose to describe a company that thinks it’s appropriate to skeet shoot in their yard in an area with homes, businesses and multiple daycares that are a stones throw away. Get a clue.

This company is ran by very respectable and honorable individuals. They care about their community, but most importantly they care about their employees. They worked near my home and were very respectful of their surroundings.

My wife and I were a bit disappointed in the condition our yard was left post digging. We happen to live on a corner so our yard and easement ended up with 6 holes. Some were roughly filled, seeded and straw spread over them and others were covered with most of the sod that had been removed. One sprinkler head was pointing almost strait up in the air. All holes had plenty of rocks laying on the surface. We spent most of a day picking up rocks, straw and adding dirt to level out the low spots. We do our best to keep our yard and the easement claimed by all utilities in top shape. We only expected it to be left as it was found but our expectations were not met.

Over the years I've seen how sub-contractors operate. Never have I seen a more professional and organized group of workers. Your company is working in our Emerald Park area in Springfield and we are so pleased. ALL of your employees are friendly, informative are eager to explain how your machinery operates. Keep up the on time work! You should be so proud!

This is a great company. They are dependable and professional. Owner is a kind and honest man. There was an accidental damage to our property and they took full responsibility. They fixed everything and left it better than it was before. Give them a chance, you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!!

Masada was the contractor assigned to lay fiber lines in our neighborhood. Long story short, things happen but I cannot thank this company enough for being prompt and understanding the issue and quickly addressing and taking ownership. The site manager was very understanding and provided me updates and action plans. Corporate was very prompt in compensating.

Great company! They laid fiber-optic cable across the front of our property for several weeks. About a week after they completed the job we had a plumbing issue on a Saturday. They came right away with a crew to find the problem. It turned out to not be their fault, but they generously took care of it anyway! We really appreciate their kindness and patience--persevering until the issue was solved! Thank you so much! I highly recommend this fine team!!

I could give less than one star.I would give less than one star.Your drivers are incompetent and they're dangerous and they could kill people with the way that they drive.This is coming from colorado springs. Where your drivers like to just come right out into the intersection and veer into a lane and attenpt to squash people.

Stop taking all your trucks to maverik gas station in the morning and blocking traffic. It is insane you have them sitting in lanes where people turn into and they're backing up in the middle of the gas station with trailers. It's an accident waiting to happen every morning

Please don't hire this disrespectful crew! Masseda Construction out of Springfield The crew parks in front of my patio apt for over 2 hours running their diesel truck ! I could not use or enjoy my apt due to their poor management of their drunken crew members!
