They show up when convenient for them yet when you call and complain, they will not refund your money back and they tell you the same thing and the supervisors are the worst! It’s excuses after excuses. In four months of service they have maybe only picked up five times when it’s supposed to be weekly. It is quite funny to watch them back down your road and miss yours every single time yet have an excuse as to a truck being broke down when you just watch them, pick up other peoples trash. Lazy., unprofessional, worst trash, company I have ever seen!

If I could give them zero stars I would. They have canceled the service for our company not once but twice because they keep confusing us with another business. Then charged $50 for canceling our service when we never requested it to be canceled in the first place, it was their mistake. They finally set a time to remove their dumpster from the property so we could get the new company's dumpster in place. After scheduling removal they ended up saying they can't remove it for another few weeks. When they replace dumpsters they leave garbage on the ground and just smash all the trash they left with the dumpster leaving a huge mess. If they were the last waste removal company on the planet I'd rather just have a never ending mountain of trash instead of doing business with them. 0/5 stars, I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy.

I bought a house on April 14th and the previous owners used GFL. Their trash can is still in my yard. They are really hard to get a hold of. My grandma used them. But they raised her bill to $70 bucks and she couldn’t get a hold of them to cancel. She finally got through. But they haven’t come to get her trash can yet either.
The trash service I use is $54 for 3 months and they are extremely nice and responsive

People are quitting them going elsewhere for trash service and there’s a reason for that .
