Unexpected water damage led to us replacing all of our oak/carpeted flooring with LVP, painting every interior wall, and painting bathroom and kitchen cabinets. Since we were going to have to vacate the house, we went ahead and remodeled the master bath with new vanities, added a new (tiled) walk-in shower with rain head, a new closet, new toilets, and more. Brant Griffin led the project with honesty, transparency, and creative solutions to some atypical project challenges. He brought a skilled team out to do the work including Rob and Mark, both of whom were multitalented craftsmen at their respective jobs. They came in exactly on budget, and handled our mid-project addendums with brilliant solutions including the now famous “Griffin Arches.” The work turned out better than we could have asked. They were patient when we changed our minds on design decisions, and frankly just the nicest, most honest folks you can work with. There were no unexpected contractor surprises or up-charges not initiated by us. Having major repair/renovations/remodeling done on your home is invasive, no matter who does it. Make sure you choose people you can trust, who genuinely care that they get the project done on budget, as expediently as possible, with the kind of transparency and positive attitudes we experienced with Service Master.

After contacting my insurance company with my water problem, Pam and her remediation crew were here within a couple of hours. They quickly prepared my kitchen/panty to attempt to dry out the flooring. They continuously checked in on us for our needs. I am very happy ServiceMaster DSI was suggested by my insurance company.
