Constraction reviews in St. Charles, Missouri

We're very happy with our stone fireplace! We had a brick fireplace from floor to ceiling, about 15' tall, and Audra, Robert and their helpers placed stone over the brick, transforming it into a showpiece! The new fireplace brightens the room tremendously- they replaced the hearth and gave our mantle a much needed update. They prepped our hardwood flooring to prevent damage and cleaned up nicely when done, even dusting a few pieces of furniture before they left. Neal was very responsive to our texts and messages, as was Robert throughout the entire project. Robert communicated with us regularly when we weren't home while they worked. We highly recommend Twisted Brick for your projects and repairs. They're trustworthy, and do excellent work.

Cardinal Surveying was quick to respond to all phone calls and emails, very helpful, prompt and excellent service, easy to work with and reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Fast, efficient service! We requested a land survey as part of purchasing a property. Cardinal was on-site within days, and produced two final plats for us a few days later (which we hadn't requested, but are super handy to have!). Trying to buy a house from out of town isn't easy, but Cardinal made it infinitely easier. Can't thank them enough!

This company is amazing. They were so helpful and help me walk through what I needed to do to get our boundary line adjusted.
They are so reasonable and fair. I had contacted three companies. One company I contacted wanted to charge me double what I paid for at Cardinal Surveying and then they tried to scare me into going with them and and telling me that they were going to have to do all this extra work, and that is the reason why it was going to be double the price.
I took my chances with Cardinal Surveying and I am so happy I did.
GREAT VALUE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Hubby found this company on Angie's list. It was a little pricier than another company but he said Gateway had more and better reviews. Mike came by first for estimate and second time for actual cleaning/sanitizing of tile shower and sealing tile/grout. He and his colleague were there for more than 3 hours. They did a fantastic job and Mike seems like a really good, trustworthy person. They also sanitized the bathroom tile as part of the package. They r very professional and we highly recommend them.
