They came out to clean our gutters and exterior of the house and garage. We had a clogged gutter and lots of moss build up on one side. Now it looks like a brand new house, and the cleaning solution smells pretty good as well. The team was very professional and walked around the property to show me their work once completed

Had the Maverick SoftWash team out to clean the exterior and gutters of my home. They did a great job and my gutters look great - like they are brand new. I will be using the service again in the next couple of years for preventative maintenance.

We've used Maverick Softwash to install our Christmas lights for over 3 years now and we love their work. They initially helped me determine how I'd like to light our home, and every year since they've installed early, taken down soon after the season is over, promptly replaced any burnt out bulbs and stored my lights in the off season. We will continue to use these rockstars each year.

Maverick hung our Christmas lights. We had an issue with the gfi outlet during the install. The owner of the company personally came back and replaced the outlet. They were prompt, professional, responsive, and courteous. Excellent company to work with!

This company has installed my Christmas lights for 4 years now. I cannot get them to remove the lights from my house this year. I paid to have them installed and removed. I have called for weeks now and no one will call me back. We are hosting an event today and its quite embarrassing to still have Christmas lights up on 2/2.

Kurt was very professional and helped explain the process to my elderly father who isn't the easiest person to talk with when it comes to work on his house. At 92 he thinks he can still get on ladders and power wash his house. Thanks Kurt !

We have used Maverick SoftWash twice so far, and they do a great job cleaning siding, concrete, windows, soffits and gutters. Our siding had mold, soffits had small spider webs with dead gnats all over, and our gutters were showing oxidation. Everything cleaned up and looks like new. They are very professional, and courteous. We had a small issue and the owner of the company called and addressed ASAP. Super happy with the results! Will use them again.

I only received two quotes for cleaning my home, but Maverick was the better quote. They came out today and did an amazing job on the siding, brick mailbox, underside of the gutters, patio & driveways and fence. The patio and fence are my favorite! I've never enjoyed sitting outside so much before. I would definitely recommend and reach out again for future needs. They were professional, thorough, and fast.

One thing I would recommend to others if you have blooming flowers: move your flowers away from all areas when possible. I moved some, but not all, as I was told the treatment doesn't harm plants. I can tell a difference between those that were in the line of fire and those that weren't. The flowers will bounce back, so they are right that it IS safe for the plants in that it won't kill them. They will just be without blooms for a few days. The sacrifice was worth it for me, as my home desperately needed the cleaning. :)

Update 3 days after cleaning: It looks like the damage to my plants was worse than it originally appeared. The leaves have since turned brown. I'm a little sad because I specifically asked about plant damage both on the phone and when they arrived. I wouldn't have had the fence treated at this time, but they assured me it wouldn't be a problem. The house still looks great and I'm glad it's clean. Shame on me for not knowing more about the chemicals used and what it does to plants.

The communication from the time I initially contacted Maverick until the house was washed was great! Also, the guys that washed the house were very friendly and addressed any questions or concerns I had while they were here. The house looks very fresh and clean :)

The service I received was amazing. I had Christmas lights put up on the exterior of my home, and my family loved them. The process was easy from start to finish, the price was reasonable and the company offers you a discount for returning the next year. I will be using the company next year.

I had not heard of soft washing before finding's Maverick's. The results far exceeded my expectations and looks like a new house (was badly covered in mold). I ended up doing everything including the roof, sidewalk, driveway, porch, etc and was worth every penny. The guys who did it were on time, professional and the whole process only took a few hours. Highly recommend Mavericks and soft washing over power washing!
