LVG is a very responsive company with excellent service. They helped us navigate through an "intruder alarm" situation from Saturday evening to Monday morning. While we were fortunate that the "alarm" was caused by a Chief's championship flag moving from A/C, LVG worked with us throughout the weekend until their technician could identify the cause of the alarm on Monday. We have been a customer for many years and this type of excellent service is typical of LVG.

LVG took care of our aluminum remediation (switching from aluminum wiring to copper) which was required by our insurance company. They were very polite and easy to work with. Ashley went out of her way on a Friday night to get me the receipt I needed by the deadline. They were much less expensive and easier to work with than the electricians our community management company recommended. I’d give them five stars but word got out about them and they were doing so many homes that they got a little behind.
