Reiner Electric came when I called! (Very Important!) They are honest, professional, cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent job at a more reasonable price than anyone else. I have had them put in anew electrical box, surge protector and new meter and out door electrical plugs. Everything was done quickly and professionally. They also advised us about the wiring in our home which we purchased three years ago. I have more electrical to do indoors and outdoors and look forward to working with them again soon! I called Reiner Electric to restore current to our pool pump. They were timely and professional. Solved the pool pump problem immediately, also identified and resolved code issues with our breaker panel, restored power to our pool light (which I had written off as a lost cause), and repaired a light fixture on the deck - quickly and all in one visit!
I will certainly call them for any future work.

Very responsive with a reasonable estimate based on my description of the problem. This was not an emergency but still able to schedule an appointment in a couple of days. The two electricians (Jesse and Thomas) were friendly, very professional and identified and fixed the problem quickly. This is one of those companies that you recommend to friends and family.

Both of our kitchen light switches were out. 2 serviceman came out. They were both polite and went right to work and they worked efficiently fixing the problem. I was so pleased with their work that I had them put in a new outlet to the existing one on my deck (which wasn't working). Then, they fixed the light/fan switch in one of the bedrooms. Quite a productive 90 minutes.

I would/will definitely call Reiner Electric again for any electrical needs.

Our electric service panel in the basement was old, had water damage(!), and was not up to code. After several estimates, we chose Reiner. Justin and Thomas came out and took great care of us. They did an outstanding job in replacing the panel and brought it up to code. The price was very reasonable and the guys were just great. When I found some unsafe wiring from a previous owner's DIY project, Reiner Electric responded to my message promptly and had two electricians come out the very next morning. They inspected the breakers and all the outlets, cleaned up a few issues, and changed the arrangement of some light switches that have been confusing me since I bought the house. I appreciated their explanations of everything they did, as well as the advice they provided on some future projects I'm considering.

I found this company by talking to a local electrical supplier and they recommended three contractors in Ballwin, MO area. After vetting the contractors, it was clear to me that Reiner Electric LLC was the top contender.
My first impression was they answered the phone. This is rare today and Laura Reiner was very pleasant, promptly answered my questions and provided paperwork needed to make a decision. I asked for a few options with cost and it was provided, no pressure, just cooperation.
The next day Rob Reiner, owner inspected the scope of work. We had requested complete new electrical service to include metal mast, weather head, meter box and breaker box. He explained all options, procedure and assured me the job would be done in one day. We received our estimate by email the following day.
After selecting our options and signing the contract Laura scheduled us promptly for the following week, which amazed me in these covid days.
Work Day: Justin and Josh showed up and were very polite, and assured us they would get work done that day. Both men took the time to explain the installation, (Code changes & Ameren requirements) and had a wonderful sense of humor. When they were done they cleaned up inside and out.

I sent out quotes to several companies, with the quote coming back from Reiner to be the best priced. I was able to have someone (Brett) come out to install two ceiling fans. He was here exactly at the appointment time, got the work done quickly, and offered explanations on what he was doing and why. The team handling the quote was responsive and courteous as well. Would recommend and use again.

Worked with them the first time last year for a couple small stuff in the house. Had a really good experience with them so we got them again on a much bigger project, our basement remodeling. There were some issues along the way with permits and other stuff with the people who were helping us and Reiner electrics was so nice, kind, flexible and professional all throughout the process and I couldn't be happier and amazed on how they helped us all the way and sent people really fast to fix stuff just to pass the inspections. I want to thank all of the people in this company for a really awesome job! Keep up the good work!

Really good company to work with. I've been doing a remodel of my bathroom, and some new receptacles (outlets) needed to be added. They came, did the work, did a good job, but when the inspector came to check the work, there was one receptacle that was not on the original work order from the company, because it had existing wiring, and I thought that would pass because it was existing, it didn't pass unfortunately, but Reiner sent someone out same day to fix it.

I will be using them for the basement remodel when I get to it.

Rob was on time for the service call, assessed the problem quickly and had it fixed just as fast. He was friendly and professional. I'll definitely use Reiner Electric again if needed.

Rob is patient and knew exactly what we needed. My mother is 75 and has lived in her home for over 20+ years. Rob has been her go to electrician for as long as I can remember because in her words, he's really good. She needed a new receptacle on the front porch for Christmas lights ... done. A subcontractor from a home repair from over a decade ago left her with plugs in a wall that did not work ... they do now. A scary electrical arc appearing behind a switch every time it's switched ... no more. With every visit, he takes time to find the problem, test it, solve it, and for a reasonable price. Definitely would recommend for all those with aging parents who want an honest, reliable, efficient, and courteous electrician.

Just replaced a ceiling fan in our 20 ft entryway. Employees were prompt, polite, and did a great job. I will use Reiner in the future when I need electrical work done.
