The technician who fixed my dryer was very knowledgeable. He knew immediately what the problem was. He answered all my questions & showed me how to prevent future problems by cleaning the lint out of the vent pipe.

Our scheduled service was set between 8am-12pm, but the repair guy didn’t show up until almost 2pm. When he came in, he didn’t even introduce himself to us, So we never knew his , nor did he look professional At all. After he took our dryer apart and looked at it, he gave us a quote and then told us there was a $300 deposit if they were to fix it which we were never even aware that there would be a deposit or why We had to pay a deposit. After asking him to send the quote to my area manager, his hands were shaking extremely bad while holding his phone, to pull up the email address to send the quote to. He then packed up his things and walked right past us and left and he still never told us his name or who or how we would pay for him Coming out to look at it, And I was not ever given a service ticket. So we have chosen not to use them to repair our dryer.

Tech showed up promptly. Clean and appropriately dressed. He anticipated the problem and brought the part he needed. He cleaned up. All is well.
