Architect reviews in St. Louis, Missouri

Max listened to all of our needs, resolved "problems," and followed through on every detail. His designs were perfection.

Max designed a front porch for us, and we are super happy! He's extremely responsive and easy to work with.

Max helped me redesign my new office space. He listened to my individual needs as a medical professional and helped me overcome some unique challenges such as sound isolation and maintaining confidential pass through spaces for the comfort of my patients.

I was having trouble with my new construction permit set in the the city of St Louis. Max took over the drawings and within a week, I had my building permit approved. Later, I had two separate alterations that required Max's help, both of which were addressed quickly and accurately. Max is a thorough professional.

Max completed the plans for my new home build about a year ago. He was open and professional during the several times that we met and talked via email. He also made sure I had extra information on how to get my permit for building. He provided me a checklist for the county that I was going to work with. He also was quick to respond during the beginning stages with questions or concerns. His plans fit my style to the tee. Thank you Max

My wife and I are first time home rehabbers. I had no idea of the hoops the city makes one jump through as far as plans and permits. Max was recommended to me from one of the neighborhood pages on FaceBook. The minute he showed up at the 120 yr old property we felt relieved that someone knew the process and could address all of our concerns. Within a month we had approved plans and a permit for our remodel. I highly recommend Max to anyone that needs drawings or just simple advice on an issue. Very attentive and quick to respond. Give him a call!!

Max is great! He came up with many innovative ideas for our project that met our needs and budget. He is very quick to respond, always squeezed us in his schedule when we needed an emergency meeting, lol. We’re already referring him to all our friends and family!

I can't say enough about Max Bemberg; namesake of Bemberg Architecture.....

From our first interaction, Max's professionalism and customer service were immediately striking. He completed high-quality architectural drawings for my project in a remarkably short period, under a week. But what really stood out was his personal touch; he didn't just send the drawings, he delivered them both electronically and in person.

His aftercare is worth mentioning. He is very friendly and ready to help with any follow-up questions. Perfect for someone like me who doesn't have architecture in my skillset! For anyone seeking comprehensive architectural services, including feasibility research and project design, Bemberg Architecture is top notch. The Bemberg commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is unmatched. I recommend them and would use them again.

We were just starting a basement renovation project and already experiencing sticker shock and exhaustion on the financial and emotional cost of coordinating work between different parties (sewer lateral, mold remediation). We were skeptical about needing an architect, which we saw as additional expense for value that wasn’t clear to us. In the end, hiring Max turned out to be a smart decision. He helped make our hazy vision into a real tangible plan with thoughtful details that various work teams could clearly understand and use. He put our vision into buildable language and added some ideas of his own that no doubt saved us money and time. Max was also professional, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. Definitely recommended and would use his services again.

Max was very efficient at getting me drawings. Although I felt I had a clear vision, he offered some alternative fresh perspectives that enhanced my original thoughts for my project. Very easy to work with and professional. Good communicator. I will use him again.

Before during and after removing a load bearing wall. Max’s work was spot on and really improved the livability of our home. Thanks Max

We had a wonderful experience working with Max. Although our project was modest in scale, we greatly benefited from his extensive and varied architectural knowledge.

Through thoughtful discussion, Max listened to our needs and created several designs to accomplish our goals. He was prompt in his communications and completed the work on schedule.

Max brought fun and excitement to the process. We highly recommend his architecture firm and hope to work with him again.

Max was the first Architect that my husband and I have ever hired and we weren't disappointed. Before hiring Max, we were overwhelmed with our +2,000sq/ft gut rehab of our Central West End condo. Once Max stepped in he was able to quickly turn around solid and detailed plans that made us much more comfortable with tackling our project.

Max worked diligently with my wife and I to design our dream master suite in our attic. He took the time to walk the space with us before sitting down to hear all of our lofty goals. Max did a couple drafts of the space helping guide our vision. He was extremely flexible in fine tuning the design with us before landing on the final design.

Our space was limited because our roof line and plumbing location. Challenges which were overcome by Max’s attention to detail and the end design. We are so happy with our space and couldn’t have done it without Max.

I called Max to see if he could help us with our project. Our deadline was outside of what they could do, reasonable, so he gave me a few great references. He took the time to do it, while at home with his family. Thank you Max! Great service
