Juan and his crew were wonderful after our house fire. Lots attention to detail and worked hard to complete the job!

Late July my finished basement flooded with sewer water. Davis was recommended by my insurance but I checked out other services as well. They were the best estimate but I was skeptical. Well they were GREAT. Arrived on time, called often, worked fast and carefully. The best was how well they treated each other and my family. They were courteous and polite to EACH OTHER AND TO my family. Devin Dale make the work very clear and kept crew on schedule but the way the crew worked together was astounding. Kayden Solomon, Eddie c. , Samuel L., and Thurston Collier were superb. I ran crews of as many as 25 and rarely saw such cooperation hard work and harmony. Good Job!!

My aunt and Uncle's house was impacted by the tornado on March 16. Paul Davis was called to do the cleaning and restoration work at their house. Technicians Juan and Jose boarded two windows in a very professional and careful way, and Paula, Lina and Louis cleaned affected area thoroughly and helped cleaning the debris from the inside of the piano carefully to the best of their effort. I am leaving this review on behalf of my aunt Jane & uncle mark. This business is a well-run business that provides the best service.

Paul Davis' team did a terrific job cleaning up glass and debris in my home after the tornado. Juan/Raymar/Luis/Lina worked one day, the following day Juan/Raymar/Dario worked in my home. They were very detailed and thorough in cleaning. Addionally, they were very careful with my items in my home, listened to my concerns about the situation and respectful to my concerns. I could not have asked for a better crew, I was very impressed! Thank you Paul Davis.

Today Eddie and his entire team helped me at my storage unit which had water damage. They went above and beyond!!! They not only helped clear my stuff out; disinfect and clean, but they also assisted by putting things back in the unit and dispose of damaged property. It still took awhile but I would’ve been there all night. They were all super friendly did and this was so appreciated especially considering they had been busy working this job since the prior Friday and there were many people needing help but any time anyone needed help, the team was on it. Seriously so professional, helpful and efficient. I’m calling for a project at my mother’s house.

Juan and Dario came to spray in the insulation as one of the final steps to restoring my bedroom from storm damage. They were very careful and respectful of my house. Got the job done and cleaned up after themselves after this messy job. It was like they were never here! Very happy with them.

The crew were very professional. They were extremely careful with regards to my personal items and furniture.

Lina and her team took care of our home’s possessions like they were her own. Rachel kept us informed every step of the way. Virginia and Raymar labeled everything so our items will be easy to locate. They were just amazing and my family truly appreciated them during our time of crisis.

Eddie, Juan, Luis, and Yurman quickly got the house gutted after a tornado hit it. They did such a good job. Thank you all!!

Lina and her team were excellent. I really enjoyed working with them. They were polite, efficient and very helpful. She answered all of my questions and was very patient. She deserves a raise and a promotion.

It was a great experience with these guys, yorman and dario did a top notch job. From start to finish. I mean very precise all of the dust that accumulated from the demo all of it gone. You wouldn't know that they were here if I hadn't seen it with my own two eyes. I gotta say very professional and respectful. I almost forgot about Luis and Juan they were part of the crew that came in and did outstanding work.

Paul Davis Restoration was amazing to work with after someone drove their car through our front porch. They were quick to reach out to us and they scheduled the restoration as soon as possible. The workmen who completed the work were truly amazing craftsmen! Our house is historic infill and they managed to recreate our Victorian style front porch right down to exactly matching our existing paint colors. We had an amazing experience with this company.

I would not recommend Paul Davis Restoration. I guess I’m new to restoration but I assumed if they rip my house apart that they would put it back. They charged $1500 to rip out base boards and place fans that took one hour of work. They were supposed to pick up the fans on a Monday and left them there until Wednesday because they were too busy to pick them up. I was unable to complete other kitchen repairs I had scheduled because of that. Now I have to restore the work a restoration company did. That doesn’t seem right to me.

Paul Davis restoration service has completely abandoned one of our homes mid project leaving it unfinished. They were paid for their services to restore one of our homes however they basically knocked a few holes into the wall and left the home in worse condition than what they started with. We are completely disappointed by the effort that was put into our home as we expected much more from such an expensive substantial sized company. 0/5 Stars. If we are not able to resolve our issues then legal action may take place…

Paula & Rachel are an amazing team, they were at my property for 30 days. And each and everyday they were here they worked hard and in the heat, and at times so wore out, but they never gave up on me, and I will miss the team! Thank you for an exceptional service you guys are truly above and beyond

Paul and Davis have been amazing through our flooded basement issues. Very kind, patient and professional. They are reliable and respond quickly. James Stossmeister and Nick Miller have been extremely responsive and helping answer all questions and share next steps of process. Highly recommend reaching out to them.

I would rate them 0 stars, but that’s not an option. If you value your time, use someone else.

We had a tree fall on our roof on 4/20. The tree was removed on 4/21 and a tarp was placed over the hole. Justin came out on 4/23 and performed an inspection with pictures and video. Justin is the only person who was timely. He showed up about an hour before our appointment time then waited until I could get home since he was early.

Our insurance approved the work very quickly. The paperwork was signed on 4/25. Unannounced, approximately 20 minutes later, Paola and Viviana showed up without calling or making an appointment. I was getting ready for work so they could only work for about an hour.

On 4/28, Paola and Viviana showed up just before 10 AM to begin working. They took an hour for lunch and left before 4 PM.

4/29, Juan and Raymar showed up at 10 AM, took an hour for lunch, and again left before 4 PM. It sounded like American Idol in my home while I was trying to get work done.

4/30, Juan and Raymar showed up at 10 AM, took an hour for lunch, and left around 5:15 PM.

Had anyone come earlier and left later, it could have been done in 2 days instead of 3. Which meant I was having to take extra time off of work because nobody shows up at a decent time.

They left machines running to dry out my home. Told us they’d come pick them up on either 5/2 or 5/5.

We never received a call to schedule a time. My husband called on 5/5 and a 2 PM pick up was scheduled. They didn’t arrive until 2:45 PM.

On 5/7, I spoke with Mike to schedule another inspection. My understanding was that it was for the roof, because they still hadn’t even looked at my roof yet. Apparently it was to pick out materials to repair my home. The appointment was scheduled for 5/12.

On 5/12, Mike never showed up. Nobody called us to tell us that he had a family emergency and wouldn’t make it. We had to call when it was an hour past the appointment time to learn this. Supposedly he was going to call on 5/13 to reschedule.

5/13, nobody called. After I made a call to our homeowners insurance, I did receive a phone call from Shannon. My homeowners agent told me that they hadn’t submitted anything about a hole in our roof. However, Juan pointed it out to me. So, they knew, just didn’t care that they were assigned to fix it.

On 5/14, Jake called me as the new project manager. He was trying to get caught up and fix it. Too little too late.

We have since changed contractors through our home owners insurance. I don’t know how they remain in business when they

Paul Davis did a great job with the mitigation and demolish portion for our house when we had water damage. A special shout out to Eddie and Jose who were super professional, meticulous, and overall outstanding.

We want to thank RJ and his staff for a great job they did with cleaning our exposed ceiling structure in our recreational gymnasium. Devin, Darius, Austin, and Donovan were friendly, efficient, polite, professional, and thorough on the job. Devin was great with communicating to our staff of what was going on and addressing any concerns we may of had during the process. He had great command of his staff and they were a pleasure to have on-site. We are very satisfied with the work they have done and highly recommend them for any of your cleaning or restorative needs.
