Loved working with Josh today - he was super informative and helped walk us through what to expect as new home owners with a wood burning fire place. He recommended a cleaning which we chose to do and even tested for the issues we were seeing prior to the cleaning. He took pictures along the way to share with us. The service was very affordable to other companies quotes which is what led us his way. We also appreciated his honesty and communication. Josh was personable and enjoyed interacting with him!
