Kimberlin Construction
About the business:
We started our business 30 years ago just doing honey-dos, and now we go anywhere from a honey-do to an addition. Then we started doing major remodeling on bathrooms and kitchens and now entire homes. Gary is capable of coming into your home and consulting you on what would be best for your home and your pocket book. We have continued to grow due to the many return customers and the referral business that we have established. We have tons of references that would make anyone comfortable letting our long time employees come into your home.

Outatanding! Kimberlin Construction worked on my property rehab and I couldn't be happier. Gary kept close contact with me for every aspect of my project. He provided great suggestions and realistic solutions. We had to subcontract a few items which he also handled. Gary provided a clear breakdown of cost, so I was always appraised of the cost of labor and material. He also provided pictures of receipts for materials so there was never any doubt as to what I was paying for. All decisions were run by me first, unlike other contractors I've worked with who made decisions and then just sent me a bill. He and his crew provided top quality work and professionalism. My property is out of state which adds challenges but with Gary and Kimberlin Construction everything ran effortlessly and efficiently. I recommend Kimberlin without reservation

Gary @ Kimberlin Construction is a wealth of knowledge and has great helpful attitude!
On more than one occasion he has given me sage guidance, including today, His intimate knowledge of the St. Louis housing market saved me from making a HUGE mistake and severely overpaying for a flooded house I was hoping to fix-n-flip. I can't thank you enough Gary!! -

Spoke with Gary of Kimberlen Construction about my deck having structural problems issues.
Gary addressed my concerns and had a team come out and fix the issues. Gary spent a considerable amount of time explaining his background and foundation to correct the problem with a proper fix. Gary's abilities to make the right decisions to do the correct resolution , with safety being the primary concern was a plus!
Highly recommend Kimberlen Construction for ALL household home renovations an repair!
