Had these guys scheduled for my water line replacement. The excavators showed up to dig the hole unannounced. Luckily I was around to be able to move my car. The line replacement was scheduled 2 days later but they didn't show up. Had to chase them up and reschedule for the following week. The crew showed up but said the hole was in the wrong place and they would arrange for a new hole to be dug the following day and they would return the day after to run the line in. Nobody showed up on either day. I've now had to chase them up 3 times to find out what is happening. Aargh. The workers themselves are fine but the company seems badly organized and communication is poor, wasting my time because I have to be around when they lay the line in.

Joe Eggers and his crew, Kyle O’Toole and Zach Hemmer, performed stellar work at our residence here in Champaign. They installed a new water line for us with surgical precision, professional efficiency, and cheerful readiness. We would recommend Luth & Sons and the Eggers crew without reservation to any and all!

Maybe have a talk with you guys about driving 10 miles under the speed limit because they're screwing around on their phones with your company's name on the side of the car.

MSD Project: Arv Ellen Sanitary Relief

I live at the eastern most part of this project in Tesson Creek Estates. From the very beginning our foreman and the supervisor worked very hard to answer all questions and concerns. Everybody on this project was friendly and helpful.

Zach Hemmer was the on-site foreman and Austin Markey was the project supervisor. We give very high marks for both of these men as they went out of their way to make things right for us. Always answered or returned our phone calls and had time to listen to our concerns when they were on site.

This was a stressful project for us because it was right in our backyard and lasted for three months. But your company made things more tolerable. I have a lot of respect for your company because they have great people working for you.

This business is terrible; they came through Jennings, Missouri, and tore up the pavement in front of my driveway. My Nissan Maxium SV 2020 front bumper was ruined as a result of this and incorrectly positioned steel plates, with the company refusing to pay for damages or repair my driveway and front yard. I wouldn't conduct any business with this organization. They are horrible. I had to leave 1 star to post. I wouldn't leave them anything if I could. And Evan he is worse and a liar about everything he has discussed with me to this point. Thank God I have videos..

Luke was on time and so professional. Great prices too. I had a hole in my roof from a cave in. I got that fixed along with a skylight. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Dude on the phone barely knew his right from left hand wasn’t helpful at all. Could barely answer questions and gave me a “right on” response very unprofessional company. Wanted me to do all the back work as a customer for him. Company is a joke!!!!

I can’t thank ICS enough for all their help. They went above and beyond on a restoration build that a lot of other companies turned down. The team was very communicative and consistent through the whole process. If you plan on any updating anytime soon I highly recommend you speak with Tanner. He was a great point of contact and made sure everything went without issue.

Been using STL Zone Construction and owner Ramo for 10+ years and he is one of the best, responsive, honest contractor that I have ever used. Absolutely amazing guy and company.

We've worked with them several times on a building downtown. They do excellent work and have never missed a deadline. They have helped us with flooring, walls, doors, light electric, light plumbing and more. I would recommend them without hesitation and will be using them again soon.

We called Ramo and Huso to help install our new microwave, and even though the people who installed the previous microwave 15 years ago did some weird things with the wiring, the guys at STL Zone Construction were able to get the wiring straightened out and had the new microwave installed and working in no time flat - but this time done right! They even cleaned up when they were done! We are very happy with the work that STL Zone Construction did at our house, and would not hesitate to have them back again!

Tony Thompson founder of Kwame Building wrote a 38 page email sent to all St. Louis Media. It’s titled ‘Civil Disobedience Shutdown of Interstate 70,’ then this comment ‘Anything short of arresting that White cop for murder is an insult to Black people and Ferguson city Hall and Police department needs to burn to the ground!!!’
Any company inciting such violence needs to be avoided.
