I used Maid Pro services and was very pleased with their work in my home. Their customer service was first-rate and they were professional and reliable.

We use MaidPro for biweekly cleanings. The employees are quick yet thorough and their management works around your schedule's needs.

We had a family emergency and needed our condo cleaned in a hurry. Maidpro was there to save us. Setting up the time was easy, despite our busy schedule, and the cleaners were right on time. Their performance was "spotless" as even the hard-to-get-to corners in the bathroom and shelves were gleaming when we came home. At the end of the day, I opened the door to find their note on the table and lemons in the air. We won't hesitate to use Maidpro again.

The cleaners have been very pleasant, professional and accommodating. They are very thorough and will adapt my bi-weekly service to meet my needs. They work hard and do not waste time. I like that they come as a team so the work is completed in half the time it would take one person. I also like that one of the workers has been coming here since August so she is familiar with my house and me.
Apple is very professional and hands-on and follows up with me after each service.
I could not be happier that I started using maidpro. Give them a try!!

I moved to the St. Louis area and into a home that was in desperate need of cleaning. I called Maidspro and spoke with Apple who was amazing and worked out the schedule to fit me in the following day for a few hours. The cleaners arrived on time and I was informed/reminded of their arrival 30 minutes beforehand.

I was so pleased with not only the ease and politeness in dealing with Maidspro, but the cleanliness and efficiency of the cleaners. They did everything I asked them to do with a smile on their face and were efficient and did not waste time. They did a thorough cleaning of the home (both times I brought them) by cleaning everything and beyond (even inside drawers, shelving units, and disinfecting like I asked them to...of course along with everything else like the floors, windows, bathrooms etc.). I definitely recommend Maidspro for the professionalism, cleaning the homes, and reasonable pricing!

I used Maidpro twice. Both times, they met and exceeded my expectations. Their price is reasonable, communication is extraordinary and attention to detail is unmatched. This last time, I was having a party at my house and did not have time to clean. The house was amazingly clean. The two Maid Pro team members were there promptly and very nice, friendly and professional. They saw and cleaned dirt in places I didn't even SEE! My home has NEVER been so clean. I have used services before and had several longtime house cleaners...But Never Ever have I had anyone clean the house like the MAIDPRO team. I was having houseguests for the weekend and I was SO proud of the way my home looked. It was like a deep spring cleaning and I would reccommend MaidPro to anyone who wants the best cleaning in St. Louis!!! I will be calling again soon!! Thanks MaidPro!!!

Apple and the Maidpro staff are amazing. I have used them twice now and I couldn't be happier. Apple has followed up with me both times I've had my cleanings to make sure I am happy with my service and her staff does everything I have wanted them to. It is such a relief to me to have a reliable company that I can trust to come to my home and take the burden of cleaning off my shoulders. I'd highly recommend Maidpro!

I've been a customer for a few years now and am always very happy with MaidPro's cleaning service. Lisa is so thorough. My cats are shedding and she managed to get all the fur from various carpeted areas that are difficult to get clean. Would recommend.

We used Maidpro for a move out clean on a property my husband was selling and was so impressed we hired them for a weekly clean of our condo. Each time the condo was left spotless - the girls were professional, extremely pleasant and efficient. I love that they bring everything they need, were always on time and even though they were very quick - nothing was overlooked! Apple was great to communicate with and clearly cares about her clients needs. Would highly recommend Maidpro!

We've used Maidpro for years and highly recommend them. In addition to doing a great cleaning job, they are always flexible with our schedule. Our point person, Sharon, makes sure our home looks great and leaves delightful notes. We always look forward to coming home to a sparkling house on cleaning day!

On December 24, 2026 MaidPro was hired to come deep clean my home. They were to arrive between 11 am-1 pm. When they did not arrive within that time period I call and was informed they would not be arriving till 3:30 pm at the earliest. This resulted in not enough time left in the day to do a deep clean. When the cleaners arrive I was instructed to tell the to clean the areas of most importance. Those were the cleaning the hall bath, cleaning the kitchen, dusting the primary bedroom, cleaning the primary bath, and cleaning all the floors in those rooms.
When the cleaners arrived we went outside to give them space to clean. When they finished they left and we were unaware they left. Several areas of flooring were not cleaned and part of the primary bathroom.
I called MaidPro on December 26th to report this and to find a resolution since our deep clean was never performed. I was told that Monique would be the person I needed to speak to and she was out sick but would call me the following week.
Monique called my the following tuesday, December 30th. She did apologize for the multiple issues we had. It was then scheduled that we would have out deep clean on January 2, 2026 at 10 am and we would recieve a one hour credit for the items that were not cleaned.
On January 2 we were again waiting for the cleaners to show up. By 11:30 am when no one had arrived I called to inquire what the delay was. I was told that the cleaners had just arrived at the house they were to clean before mine and would be at least another 2 hours before their arrival. At this point I asked for Monique to call me immediately. When I did not hear from her within the hour I called again to let the answering sevice know to cancel my cleaning and please have Monique call me.
Fast forward to the following week and on January 6 Christine called me and I explained the situation and I would like a refund. She let me know she would need to talk to Monique and would get back to me. End result no refund!!
