I was extremely happy with Katie and Shannon. They were extremely nice. The cleaning was exceptional. The bathrooms were shining! The deep cleaning was excellent. However, I was disappointed in how the hard wood floors were cleaned. They used a wet mop that left water marks. The kitchen chairs were not moved off the floor and were moved around on the wet floor creating streaks on the floor that are difficult to remove. I hope this can be improved upon on my next 4 cleanings. I especially was not happy with being coerced into paying more money for the deep cleaning. When you called me, the lower level was cleaned and the main floor had just been started. With you threatening to send Katie home and not complete the job, I was forced to agree to pay more money. I feel this was a bait and switch with your "1st time special". Nothing in your written agreement said that one was subject to paying $300 more. I had to agree with paying more because of the threat of not completing the job. When I create a Google/Yelp review, I will definitely tell prospective customers should be aware of the word "approximate" in your offer. Even though you brought the $300 down to $150. I am very disappointed with your coercion.
Extremely professional, high quality cleaning. Mor and his coworker were friendly and showed me "before and after" photos. I appreciate how quickly he called back to schedule and that he was able to fit me in the same week! I can't recommend enough!!

So I'm not a frequent flier but I have been using Woodard since around 1990. They have always been most professional and their quality has been too notch. One example is a 10 x 13 heavy wool rug in my living room. I've had it since 2010. About 8 years ago, my dog chewed a hole in it. They repaired it so perfectly, I still can't find the repair. I have two Standard Aussies and this rug has seen it all. This past week, they cleaned stains I never expected to come out. It looks like new and I couldn't be happier. I must also mention the employees are so very nice and really know what they're doing. Thanks!
I have had so many cleaning companies over the last 20 years and I have ended up firing everyone. Not this time. I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful this cleaning company is. Malia does a wonderful job every 2 weeks. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who asks. No firing this company!!!
When Jay finished, I walked into the kitchen t get another cup of coffee .WOW The faux marble linoleum floor was as bright as the day it was installed ... many, many years ago! NO kidding. The cleanest kitchen floor ever since installation. I returned to the living room and saw figures in the light-tan-and-brown Tree of Life that are the carpet. AGAIN, I saw colors so vibrant that I was wondering if it was the same Capet purchase 15 years ago. Having a Green Angel like Jay is worth twice the cost. Jay is a superb representative of what one should expect from a Green Angel. Thank you, Jay! Your rock.
