Read moreSo full of ideas! I went in to get an estimate and configuration for a closet with deep sides, Kathleen was a big help! She asked a lot of questions and got the measurements and info she needed, and I just shopped around and she came and found me when she was done. I had snagged a few kitchen items like I always and met her back at the closet section where she went through all the details, showed me different configurations, showed me the materials and what things would look like. It was great. We chatted while she was printing the specs for me to take home. I asked about the Bed, Bath, and Beyond oversized coupons hanging around the store. Turns out, they are owned by the same parent company so arriving soon Bed, Bath, and Beyond will take over about a third of the store! Not sure about Kirkland but there were some decorations from Kirkland, too so maybe it will be 3 stores in one! I will have to go back after the switchover occurs. Can't wait to see the new configuration
I was here again recently. I had leftover shelves from a shelving unit I purchased off of Amazon a few years ago. After ordering and receiving the wrong poles for the shelves from Amazon, I decided to see if I could find them here. They indeed did have them, let me take my shelf into the store to see if it would work with their system, and it did. They have the ability to cut the poles to your specified size. Again, I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 due to price. I still maintain that they sell quality items here, so be prepared to pay for that quality. I did join their loyalty program, which includes 20% off of purchases. Since 4 poles cost around $120, I got $20 off, which makes it more palatable. Not everything in the store is hugely expensive, and it is an organizer's dream store.
Moved my mom into senior living. Fast, organized and friendly! Made the entire process easy for us.
I have always loved all of my organization that has come from the store. They're very helpful.
Debbie recently helped my MIL move. Not only did she coordinate with the movers, pack, move and unpack everything, but she also organized and decorated the new space in the process. Following the move, Debbie provided additional support by phone, helping my MIL located misplaced items. We would definitely recommend Debbie's services.
i love this store. Has the most unique and different kitchen, office and storage items.
