Bad experience with this company, specifically Pam. Originally had no complaints, but Pam was extremely unprofessional when she was caught in a misunderstanding about items that were not supposed to be taken from our family home. When she was confronted by me and asked to take responsibility for this mistake as it caused a rift between family members, she refused, did not apologize, proceeded to belittle me in my understandings of policies (which I was well aware of the policies she was referring but she again was trying to find all avenues to put blame on me) told other family members incorrect information, told me I was hard to deal with and told me to leave a bad review of her if I felt I needed to. So here I am, leaving a bad review. Recommend finding a company with honest people.

Diana K.Goldilocks was fabulous (and so kind) with my parents as they downsized into Senior Independent Living. They handled all the items which were left behind with grace. I highly recommend Goldilocks to ANY family helping their parents to downsize after living in their own home, especially if the parents have lived there for more than 10-15 years.
