We had Future Aire install both a new air conditioner and furnace at our home a few years ago. The individual who sold us the units made us feel comfortable during the initial sales conversation. He wasn’t pushy nor was he aggressive like some who are in sales. Both our units have been operating well and we haven’t had any issues since installation. Our most recent AC tune up was also very pleasant as the technician explained everything he was doing and took the time to teach rather than simply ‘get the job done’ and move on to the next one. We definitely recommend Future Aire and plan to keep using them for the foreseeable future.

Jon showed up exactly at 8am, was very courteous and took the time to explain things to me as he started on the A/C check up service. Even after using our hose he wound it back up in perfect circles and made sure to remind me that my garage door was still open. That made me smile! This was my first appointment with Future Aire and it's good to know that this family run business will be there for me in the future if I need them. He made recommendations to start budgeting for a new unit in the future since the one I have is a bit old. Overall I am very satisfied with their service.

We have had great success with Future Aire. Total satisfaction from the time we received a quote for the replacement of our furnace/air conditioner a few years ago. They did a fantastic job when they did the installation. Jonathon is a fantastic young man. He comes twice a year and services our furnace/air conditioner. He is respectful, punctual and very informative. We would certainly use this company in the future.

I've been a customer of Future Aire Heating & Air Conditioning for the past 5 years. The service has always been stellar, which is why I have never considered changing to another provider. Recently, my system stopped working and the technician was on-site within hours to diagnose and fix the problem. They are knowledgeable professionals who are focused on providing great service. I will recommend their ac repair Wildwood service in my local area.

I had a new A/C and Furnace installed. The guys did a great job. They answered all my questions, were professional, and respectful. They left the house clean, and the work looks clean and professional. I was able to get a top of the line Carrier Infinity system for a fraction of the price of lower end equipment quoted from the larger outfits in town, and from what I can tell, there was no sacrifice in installation quality. I'm looking forward to continuing to do business with this company.

Horrible!!! Had Kevin come out to repair our AC. Replaced motor for $1065.00. Motor sounded worse than when he put it in, in a weeks time the fan blades were mangled & stuck. Called them back now will NOT replace blades stating he doesn't know what size the blades are & that we needed a new unit. Not only that, but it would cost another $400.00 Yes our unit is old, but in no way should that effect the blades from getting stuck or mangled after a new motor install. I've complained & even received a call back from owner. They r only interested in selling a new unit & making $. I know this repair is possible & when we get it done either by ourselves or someone else I WILL BE POSTING AGAIN!! I would give a minus star if possible!!!
