Terri S.The last time they cut my grass, they hit my brick planter around my brick mailbox. They hit the mailbox with the trailer and did extensive damage and will not repair the planter. I even took pictures and it showed his tire track. Bad company and their partners. Now this is going to cost me $2000.00 to repair. They just took the Pro's word. He said he didn't even see a mailbox and has no damage to his trailer. Cannot be trusted. The absolute worst customer service.

They didn't show up. They billed me. I used the webpage to tell them they didn't show up. They rescheduled. They didn't show up the second time and then they tried to bill and to claim they mowed my lawn. I had to mow my lawn. After these two failures I tried to cancel. They wouldn't let me cancel from their website. They wouldn't let me cancel from their app. I had to find their customer service number. They lied and claimed they mowed my lawn. They lied and said they had pictures. I had to point out that I mowed my lawn and I had witnesses (my wife and daughter). It took nearly 10 minutes of arguing to get them to cancel. I rate them as 100% disreputable. STAY AWAY. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY.

wow, I can't believe how unreliable and unprofessional this company is. I scheduled a lawn mowing and the "pro" messaged to confirm but then there was no show on that day. I messaged and there was no reply. I called customer service and they said give it a two day window. I did and again, no show. I called them again and they said I have to wait til sundown. guess what? no show!! and now I can't even reach anyone because it's 7pm... I am very upset! Btw, the sales would pick up the phone anytime but not the customer service, how ridiculous!

Set up an appointment to have my grass cut, the "pro" sent one message to say they have been assigned to my home and asked if the gates were unlocked. I replied and then never heard back from them. They didn't show on the scheduled day, no reply. They didn't show the next day either, still no reply. I sent the "pro" messages, I called support (Who were just as unhelpful). Support said I couldn't cancel unless I had 3 mows. I found out through the app that that was a lie. I canceled over the app and called someone else to cut my grass. Would not recommend.

Do not use this company. When/if they show up, they do a mediocre job AT BEST. I was charged a tall grass fee, and they sent photos to support. They claimed our grass was over 9-15" tall. We used them through October of last year, and they were scheduled to come for the first season service on 3/21/25. They pushed out 3 times, and mowed on 4/12/25. The photos they provided were of flower plants around the base of our mailbox that were still in the after service photos. I had to chat with a bot to dispute the claim. When a person finally engaged, they said "the photos show 9-15" tall grass. Do you have photos to prove it wasn't that tall?". It's St. Louis - it's freezing in the winter and grass isn't growing. If you mowed my lawn in October and claim It's 9-15" tall by March, you're blind and stupid.

TERRIBLE experience as a first time customer. They repeatedly did not show up. Extremely unreliable. Canceled my subscription after wasting time on them. Do not recommend!
