What locals say about Snow Removal in St. Louis

Regina B.They cracked up my patio in April and I am having a very hard time with him fixing it. He won't answer my phone calls or my texts. He. The last time that I spoke with the owner he said that he would take care of it. He sent someone out and they are waiting for him to pay for the materials. At this point he is not standing on his word. I am an elderly person and can't afford to fix it myself. I asked him for his insurance company information and nothing yet. I trusted him because a very close friend of his call him personally told him to take care of me. I didn't hold back paying him to do my tree. He got my money and now nothing

Update: Derrick Jackson came out and made the necessary repairs and made everything right. He turned a bad situation around and was very professional and very courteous. The quality of his work prompted me to update the review. Thanks for the professionalism and for correcting the errors. My neighbor had a tree removed and they damaged my car shed, left holes in my yard and you can see the grooves from the machine they used to haul the larger pieces of wood in the yard. They cut pieces of the tree and laid it on my yard. My neighbor didn't have damage! I asked them 3 times to repair the shed. I asked who was going to fix it? I was told they would be sure to fix it before they left. They removed the tree on June 3. I have not heard anything from them and it is now June 6th. They left without saying a word. They did a really sloppy job. Please keep this in mind before hiring them.

They're great with yard work. Snow plowing and shovelling is something all together different. I prefer to use another company for those types of jobs.

Chod G.Patrick is great! I call him often to have landscaping projects done. He is quick to respond and quick to complete the jobs. I have had him handle tree trimming and removal from my house and snow removal from my office. Would highly recommend.
