Excellent company to work with. Just had them install a/c for our first floor. Very efficient and they cleaned up also and our basement was very crowded with STUFF - not the easiest of work conditions. Dean and Dustin were great. Call Gary Miller if you have any air or heat problems.

Woke up on a Sunday morning with no heat and 3 degrees outside! I called G&A not really expecting anyone to pick up on a Sunday, but Gary answered and was at my house within a few hours. Super nice guy, found my problem immediately and got it fixed for me! Highly recommend G&A!!

We called G&A at 6:40 am. Our A/C seemed to be out. By 7:15 a serviceman was at our home!!! He fixed it, cleaned it and it was up and running before 9 am. IMPECCABLE service, IMPECCABLE professionalism and IMPECCABLE QUALITY! I work in real estate and rarely see this kind of workmanship and service! G&A is my only HVAC company!

We have a few rentals and use them for everything. They just installed 2 new systems. Price is good and they got them installed. Gary is the owner and it is nice that you have direct contact with him.

We had them replace that and the old furnace at the same time. They were very careful about our concern with the COVID19 virus and wore masks the whole time they worked.

We couldn't be happier with Gary and his company. Only days before Christmas our furnace went out. We were told by another company that our furnace was completely shot and needed to be replaced. Thankfully Gary not only came by on a moment's notice to give us a second opinion but actually fixed the problem without even needing to replace a part. He saved Christmas! He is our first pick when the time comes for us to replace our HVAC system.

Gary and his team gave me repair options and replace options. I ended up having the HVAC system completely replaced the next day. They were quick and efficient with their install and clean-up.

Gary and his employee Dean were very professional and timely. I would recommend his services to anyone! They installed a whole new a/c and furnace unit in our house in half a day. They were friendly, kept everything clean as they went and were great to work with. We will be using G&A for all of our a/c and furnace needs in the future!

After contacting the company, they came out same day to diagnose the issue with my system. Ended up needing a new HVAC system. They had it installed the next day. The fact that they could get it in the next day was greatly appreciated. They did great work and very professional. I’ve already recommended them to family members to use.

I had Gary to replace my old system to a heat pump. Cut my cost of my monthly electric bill in thirds. I would highly recommend Gary and his team, VERY professional, courteous and clean. Gary and Jake installed a mini split heating and cooling system in my garage and did a fantastic job! Gary has done all of our hvac needs for 22 years and is reasonable, professional and always timely. He has done everything from complete installs to repairs and emergency service for our renters. Our AC unit started seizing up on one of the hottest days in June. Luckily we had someone working on drywall for another project at our house at the time and when he heard about our issues he immediately suggested we contact Gary at G& A. This was in the late afternoon and Gary was at my house shortly after. He looked our system over diagnosed the issue and said that he could fix it. I asked him about a new system since our system was getting old and only then did he offer to quote me for a new system, he definitely did not show up trying to oversell me. He gave me several options for replacement and walked me through the differences and pros/cons of each. He was still in contact with me about this well outside of normal business hours and when we finally determined the system I needed, he had his team at my house first thing in the morning. His team was awesome, very professional and courteous. They again were great about talking me through everything they were doing and going through maintenance for the system. Gary showed back up himself the next day to look everything over and make sure we were 100% satisfied. I definitely recommend Gary and the G & A team to anyone who has any HVAC issues they were great and we have nothing but good things to say!
