I was quite happy that Terrell was assigned my work order. He is a kind person and was knowledgeable regarding HVAC's. He did a nitrogen test of the system and determined that it was not leaking as I thought was the case per a prior HVAC person. He filled it up with freon and restored my air conditioning for my kids. I know that he had a hard time with the warranty company but found a way to make it work. I hope that the warranty companies work with business people like Terrell better in the future. If we need HVAC support in the future, I am going to request T-Will Fix It. Trust doesn't just happen, it's earned.

We came home from vacation to frigid temps in our home due to our furnace being broken. T-WILL Fix It got the parts we needed very quickly and got us warmed up in a jiffy. We couldn’t be more pleased or grateful. They were very professional and also kept us informed of the timeline every step of the way.

I'm glad we gave Terrell a try! I called him for an emergent AC repair. He was quick to come out and help. Terrell was very knowledgeable and took time to educate me on my system as well. He was quick to give me a diagnosis and a solution! We will definitely use him again in the future if needed. Thanks!

Terrell always calls back and shows up on time he is always professional and kind. I meet him from my old home warranty company and he was the best. I would recommend him to anyone and they would be very happy with his work him showing up when he says he will be there.

T-Will came out and saw what was wrong and came back the next day and fixed it. He was respectful and professional and I will definitely call him again when my HVAC needs attention.

T Will Fix IT ! Not only it was one of the worst heat Wave in history, all Techs were backed up. T showed up, on Time as promised and worked with me to replace my unit and water heater and respected my budget. He went above and beyond to make sure my tenants were comfortable and helped with a portable unit before the day of the install.
Terrell is a man of his word, professional and someone you can count on.

We have 3 HVAC units in our house. The one on the third floor was cooling, but wasn’t working well.

Scheduling was on top of it. Pricing was very fair, and Tyrell was friendly and easy to work with. He explained everything clearly and told me what to check and look out for to ensure things keep running smoothly.

Terrell was very nice and respectful. His company gave a window of time but during the preckeck phone call they were able to give a more accurate time frame and he came within that time. I felt he was very honest with me. He was able to explain the why and how. Any question I had he answered. I never felt like he was trying to up sell me. He respected my house and my property. I found him through my home warranty company and will use him again in the future.

Terrell is very professional. He is punctual and completes the job quickly and correctly. We have used him several times and the results are always wonderful.
