Dwight Is great person and easy to work with.

We hired them to come in and clean our facility and the guy cleaning the kitchen did a pretty good job but they had 3 women (one who was apparently the owner) cleaning the bars and they were on their phones every time we went to check on them and the bars didn't even look like they were cleaned. They still billed us for over $300 and refuse to talk to us about how unhappy we were. We cancelled their service after one cleaning and would not recommend this company to anyone.

In all of my years dealing with this company, I have never been treated with such disgust! I called company back 2 weeks after I was told to do so. No problem, the young lady I spoke to was very kind and respectful and had great customer service skills. That's part of the reason I wanted to do business with them. Well, today I did what was asked by calling back 2 weeks later specifically the first week in April. I reach a young lady by the name of a Stephanie that works in the office that was very rude which was very unnecessary! She was not helpful at all,I have no idea how long she's been with the company but for sure she definitely doesn't need to be a person that answers the phone or try to handle business matters because she will run other potential business partner off.I also asked to speak with other people that I have worked with in the past which was Mark or someone else and she stated that oh they're not available to speak with me which was fine. But I asked could I speak with someone else that you know was in the office preferably and so she goes on to tell me oh well there's several of us in the office now keep in mind everyone, this is a very small office you know I'm sure that she could have reached out to someone to say hey by any chance do anyone remember speaking with @#& individual.I told her the last person I spoke with looked up my information by my name and things like that and was she able to pull it up and she said that's impossible basically calling me a liar! I don't know why she was being so rude or why she had such a negative and nasty tone. She then goes on to say well I will forward your information on to someone maybe they have some magic pill or some magic that they can do to find your information. I cannot believe it, I was like are you serious right now,and I just hung up the phone. Never in my years of being in being a business owner have I ever called a business and was spoken to in such a poor manner.I am highly disappointed. I am hoping that this reaches someone that works for a Jani-King and hopefully this matter is takincare of in a professional matter.

Dwight consistently delivers exceptional results, always courteous

I had them come to my office to give me a bid on deep cleaning my floors. I receive their bid with pretty much on information on it. So I emailed them with questions. they responded with

after reviewing the pictures and seeing the current conditions the floors are in, respectfully Jani-King will have to decline this work. "
So why would you give me a bid and price and then back out? And when I asked them why, they did not respond. Too much time wasted with this company, move on.
