Kory and D were awesome! It was 97 degrees when moving my couches and they never complained and were very careful - Im on the 3rd floor and they were rockstars getting the couches up and down those stairs! THANK YOU Simple Moves!!

What a FANTASTIC MOVE!! Complete, efficient, affordable, punctual, and accommodating! In the 7 moves, we have gone through, Mathew was by far the best in every category! His assistant, Anthony also provided an ease with a transition during a stressful time. We HIGHLY, highly recommend and will use him again! Oh, and to top it off, our first move where nothing was broken!! You guys ROCK!!!

Joe and Bradley from All Star Moving did an outstanding job! They were courteous, hardworking, and very respectful of our belongings. They listened carefully to instructions and made sure everything was moved exactly where we wanted it. Their positive attitude and strong work ethic made moving day go smoothly. Kevin and Chris arrived in the time frame. Started prepping the furniture and didn't stop the entire time. Answered questions and very respectful. The furniture was wrapped and treated as their own. We would recommend them to anyone

We had a multi stage move. I havd a large wood shop that went a week ahead of the house move. Very heavy equipment plus a extremely heavy 16' shuffleboard table. Then the next week everything from the house moved.

I was so pleased with the move both times I asked if All Star could move all the items I had moved over time into a storage unit and bring it to the new house. This included hundreds of board feet of hardwood lumber and all of my hand tools and misc wood working equipment.

Highly recommend and based on my request to move us out of storage, I would use them again.

I've used All-Star for moving my daughter in/out of her off-campus housing, moving into my house, and picking up pieces of furniture for me. They have been up front with costs, are reasonably priced and locally owned. Their staff is courteous, professional and they provide service in a timely fashion. I highly recommend using them.

they were on time, listenEd carefully, worked quickly, and fit in as much as they could in the hour we paid . Plus, they were extremely polite and good natured about this move on a very hot day.

We had a very good experience with Simple Moves today. Kemond and Sherman were the guys that helped us, and we give them 5 STARS! They were fast and courteous. Among other belongings, they moved a very old pier mirror that was fragile. And were as good as they could be. We recommend Simple Moves without reservation.

DId a great job, highly recommend! They were timely and very efficient in my small move.

Our move was to take two days, and on day 1 they were to send 4 people to work 8 hours, and they only sent 3 people who worked just half of that day. Next day, 5 people were supposed to come, but the same 3 people came, and the move went until nearly 1 in the morning.

In spite of the greatly reduced staff for moving, the bill ended up almost twice what we were estimated given the full resources. We pushed back, and they met us halfway.

One of the three was untrained (Simple Moves told us this after the fact) and he ended up damaging our breakfront display. In the three months since our move, Simple Moves has not followed up once on this issue. They sent somebody by to confirm the damage, and then we were supposed to hear from someone who would repair the piece, or else get money from their insurance. None of that has happened.

Their primary argument to us about all of the things that went wrong is that this is endemic to the moving industry and we should be grateful they showed up at all.

I have used Simple Moves in the past and that's why I reached out again when i had the need. Again I wasn't disappointed. The driver and his assistant were skilled and polite.

simple moves really made moving easy. We needed to move our college student's furniture to 2 different locations. furniture needed to be taken apart and put back together. there were a lot of stairs involved and heavy furniture. Kevin and KJ were terrific. they were very professional and worked efficiently. I would recommend simple moves to anyone!

Great experience all around. Communication was really good and responsive. They came the next day, and handled my heavy piece with great care. Very professional ! Shout out to Christian, Anthony and Karson for a job well. (And $500 less than the ones that showed up day before , and said I still needed to pay an extra $100 for insurance. I sent them on their way. All Star's flat rate covered it all with no surprises.)

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Steven & Rogers were our move crew, Karen helped with payment and scheduling. Everyone was accommodating with the weather, the locations (2 apartments in opposite sides of town into a house), and everything in between! We will definitely be using them again.
