How do you feel about the direction of your sewer cleaning company?
Sometimes trying to keep your drain service company small does not work like you plan we tried to be the little boutique shop but quickly came to the realization when you try to stay word of mouth and the next thing you know a well kept secret suddenly becomes the hottest news in Saint Louis Missouri much less the entire emergency drain cleaning community. We get so much work on some days we have to grin & bare it. At the end of the day when you know it's families that your business supports no amount of work can spoil that!

I had the start of a sewer backup into my basement and called Able Rooter on a Sunday afternoon. Thom answered the phone promptly and arranged to be on site within an hour. He and Mike jetted out my sewer lateral, explaining every step and showing me the results by borescope. There's no way snaking the drain would have given the same result. Given that I had two guys and a purpose-built truck on site to perform the work almost immediately, the price was extremely reasonable and I would do the exact same thing if I ever have another issue.

Did good work, contracted to another company but everyone involved was great.
I had to clean up after them at the end though. -

I called Able Rooter in a desperate situation on behalf of a tenant. Main line was clogged and R-R had already been out and couldn't solve the problem. Not only did R-R misdiagnose the issue and quote a spot dig starting at $6800, they didn't even try the outside drain access. It needed hydro jetting and R-R didn't even think of that as an option.
Able Rooter knew exactly what to do and was able to show up in less than 24hrs, fixed the problem for less that 10% of the cost R-R quoted to even diagnose it, and it only took them 15 minutes. They're professional, helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. 11/10 will use and recommend Able Rooter again. Thanks Tom!
